- A simple yet beautiful backflow incense burner in a black ceramic bamboo waterfall design. When the cone is lit the smoke from the cone cascades downwards in a mesmerising waterfall effect to pool at the bottom. Beautiful to watch. For best effects burn indoors in an area away from any sudden air movements. Please note that after burning it is normal for a light oily residue to appear on the oil burner, for this reason we recommend protecting any furniture it is placed upon suitably. The residue can be easily wiped off the burner with a damp cloth. Please exercise caution when burning incense. Only backflow incense cones should be used with this product - standard incense cones will not create the desired effect. It is normal for cones to take up to 10 minutes after being lit to start creating the smoking/mist effect. We supply a selection of backflow incense cones in a variety of scents.

I did this but the smoke is still going up and I don’t have a fan on
The falling smoke effect is achieved by using designated backflow incense cones (we recommend Satya and Goloka brands) and burning when the air is still. Burn indoors and away from open windows or drafts for the best results. If you notice that the smoke isn't emerging from the bottom of the cone, continue to let the cone burn for 10 additional seconds before extinguishing. Please note that there will still be a wisp of smoke rising from the top - this is normal and not a flaw!

Seems all it need is a hurricane lamp over it. In other words a cylindrical glass tube over it to prevent wind from dispersing the smoke.

i just bought this but idk if i’m supposed to have something under it or not when i burn it and tbh i didn’t get anything for the bottom so i hope not😂
I recently purchased this one from Walmart. It looks real nice but I do not like the cones that came with it, to me,, they smell like a campfire and it is hard to get that smell out of the room. I like the fountain though🙏
it won't do that if you have a fan on, even if its on low the smoke will just go up

You have to use the waterfall type of incense, it’s easy to confuse boxes if you don’t look carefully
how to clean it? i have the same bamboo waterfall but i dont know how to clean it please reply as soon as you can
I have this same backflow burner to clean it all you need is a Q-tip, warm water and dish soap.
i bought mine at walmart for $6 but the cones smell horrible they smell like cigarettes and i cant get the smell out of my room
Hi there! Backflow incense cones do tend to have a heavier scent than other forms of incense. We suggest trying a few different fragrances until you find one that you like and burning in a room with adequate ventilation. Don't give up!

try not to have it near an open window or where you may move around a lot
make sure it is not near any fans or blowing air, or a bunch of movement

Does yours have a charcoal or burnt type smell at the end, mine is very strong. Idk if I did something wrong or what.
I think it sometimes depends on what incense cones u buy mines smell lile burnt and bacon but i dont mind
