Loves, beware if your hair says 100% HUMAN Hair HOW IS IT ALSO MIXED WITH SYNTHETIC FIBERS???

I've been using this braiding as a self braider. For more than 3 years. Never a issue...always sexy styles not to mention the hair is so soft and easy to manage.
That hair will work just fine if you take care of it it will last up to month and a half to two months then it's time to take your micos out anyway all that expensive virgin bundle hair save your coins and put that on retirement fund
but it says mastermix on the package... if you see that and do not automatically think something is off then that is a personal problem. masterMIX obviously implies some sort of fiber mixed in with the hair. also if you're paying 12 bucks for 18 inches of hair it is clearly non human or blended. anywho, if you know how to take care of blended hair it lasts quite a while and can actually look really good.

before I did my research I too thought I was getta great deal. I was on a tight budget. My first time getting micros, I didn't know the difference so of course when I seen human hair, I took and ran. so thank you for this video. very informative
I bit this brand all the time. For several reasons. It’s affordable, I’m only wearing it for a couple weeks, it’s great for bun styles and very low maintenance. I’ve been using it for a long time now. I’m not a serious hair guru so this brand works best for me. I’ve purchased very expensive hair and wasn’t that impressed. I guess to each his/her own.

I dont think that the packaging is misleading, its the way its interpretated. I saw this in the store and the first thing i saw was mastermix and i asked the girl because ive bought milky way before does that mean it is mixed fibers? Clearly they are just saying there IS 100% human hairs included in the mastermix... thats how i interpretes it while i was in the store. Price is an indicator as well so i dont think ots exactly fair to make it seem like they are trying to bamboozle. Product marketing.

In defense of all my ladies that only wear virgin hair and. are buying hair from the Beauty Supply Store for the first time in years. It's ok. Some of US did not know this and that's ok. Yes, your point is correct. I knew that and most people know that (because anything with the words blend or mix in it is not the real deal), but their purpose really is to fool unadvised people.

Idk about now but I used this hair for 6 months with minimal shedding. I used it 3x I actually got complim but this was 7 years ago. I'm not sure of the quality now
When I want human hair to crochet. I just buy real virgin hair or used the human hair that I had left from when I wore sewin. I just cut it off the weft and crochet it in

It means 100% human hair along with mostly synthetic hair.. It could be 3% (100% real) human hair and 97% synthetic
There's no such thing as "100% human hair" or "100% real", simply because you can't have a strand of hair that is half-human/half-goat hair, or cat hair from the shaft to mid-length and human from mid-length to tips. Either the hair is "human hair" or it's not. It should hair "Human and Synthetic Hair Blend".
The "100%" they put in front of the words "human hair" is there ONLY to mislead uninformed customers, which is pretty ugly of them!
@@GiovanaSimmer They are saying that they combined whole strands of human hair and added synthetic whole strands like kanekalon hair in one package.. not half of a strand human and the other half strand is synthetic.. that's not possible. So the human strands they added to the package are real but the other strands are fake.

Their product is "Human Hair and Synthetic Hair Blend" (or Mix, as they wanna call it).
Human Hair is always 100% human, so for them to add the "100%" in front of the name is only a way to mislead people into ignoring the "mix" part at first sight; making them think it's made of 100% human hair, when (as you mentioned yourself) it's probably 3% human + 97% synthetic.
6yrs later...I saw this for first time and was sooooo confused. I've had locs last few yrs now theyre out and I was looking for human braiding hair...
So I don't know if you would have the answer this question, but I've been using this hair and it sticks up in little Peaks on each braids and I have to cut my hair with like a little razor. Is this something that is typical for this brand? And could this be because it is a master mix instead of 100%?

What do expect to get for under 30 dollars 💵 this is the kind of hair you buy for vacation that’s going to last 2 weeks or a month and you can get it wet that’s all I use it for
yupp, so many of those bundle say "100% human hair". if they said "made WITH 100% human hair" or "synthetic & human hair mix" they would be being more legit. but i guess just the "mastermix" is their fine print, and their subtle way of saying "you're not buying 100% human hair". you just need to be very observant and use common sense

It is misleading. The misleading started BEFORE the high prices we see today. I remember being so angry as a teen bc hair that I thought was human hair like 90's human hair was actually fake hair that knotted. They replaced the human hair with this blend and upped the price of human hair. Just like they took ounces away from the braiding hair packs but increased the price. These are reasons I stopped shopping with them. They do this all the time over and over again.
This is not human hair, I am a license Master Cosmetologist. The best way to check if its human, put a little fire to a couple of strands. If it burns and smells like your real hair when fire is put to it, then it's real. If not its synthetic.
Love this hair regardless..but the kind is water wave..just like my texture..for a good price ..smh..water wave is good matches my hair..it says mastermix ...so you should know lol..I love it..I guess I like synthetic hair that look human so I don't have to put another person hair on my head lol

I used this all the time for my braids. You are not going to get 100% human hair for $18-$25 a pack. And why go after the sells lady. Contact the company. I love the hair myself. My free style braids last 3 months. I was my braids in the shower. No tangles.

Girl it’s 90% synthetic and 10% human and close to the same price as 1 bundle smh.
If you know any thing about hair common sense will tell you, that is not human hair, and it definitely DO NOT look like any hair that i have purchased from Ali Express.

Not misleading because it's 100% human hair blend which means synthetic blend. Stick with non mix of blends to get 100% human. Human bulk hair will always be $100+
