Wow, I cannot believe it’s been one year already since you guys have been at the storage unit! Time flies!😊
I remember when you talked about building out something in the backyard. Honestly, the storage unit is good for a certain period of time. After a while, you will start to see more interactions like last time and so on.
I'm kind of the opposite of Cathy, I love having my stuff at my house. I had it in a unit for a brief time, but I can't stand having to go out and go over there like every day or almost every day. Too much extra time taken and too much hassle. So convenient and quick when it's at home with you. I wish I had a basement (I'm in FL so no basement) or a loft, an extra room, something. My totes are all in the garage right now, which stinks cause I have to be careful about what shoes I put out there, cause the shoes seem to crumble when stored in the garage. So I've mostly just been limited to the clothes.
We have room in our basement but I’m scared to put stuff there since it’s the mostly likely to flood 😅

Just re-read up on it, and apparently also it was because of a comment that sanrio had made that she was an english girl in 3rd grade. But really what they were trying to say (as a publicist confirmed) is that she has traits of both a human and cat, which makes her more of an anthropomorphic cat. :)
I purchased a storage shed for my backyard. Was able to get a repossessed unit for $1,000 discount. Figured I could write off the business expense and it would save me a ton of gas. Chris is super handy so I’m sure he could rig it with power and heat. Although moving all of that would be a daunting task 😂 Merry Christmas to y’all!
Have you ever watched Lonnie and Candice's videos on Shedflips? They bought and fit a shed in their property. Not sure if that is viable. Or a dedicated room to just ebay might be a thing for now within your home.

We did it because we planned to buy a new house this year but needed to renovate the area in our home where everything was stored which we were able to do!

Yeah I just write the box letter and for video days a couple quick notes like how much I paid for item so I can talk about it

In a box! I usually put some of those plastic pillows that come in Amazon orders inside them to keep their shape!
Where do you keep your original price so you know how much profit you're making?
We no longer keep item by item track. Our bookkeeper keeps track of profit for the month/year
i always wanted to get into selling shoes but the issue is i don't know how to clean them (i've a bunch sitting waiting for me to list them but i haven't yet found a good tutorial on cleaning them first, do you know of any or have you made any such tutorials yourself?)
