I love the little kiddies shoes. I use have a small embroidery company and i wouldn't recommend trying to remove the embroidery. The material can snag and if the embroidery is done well there will be marks on the item.
I agree, Ive never successfully removed an embroidery without it leaving any trace , obviously it won't work for reselling but for myself I'd always opt for a cover up with a new decorative patch .......
