LaunchPad Freeform Process

This shows the new LaunchPad free-form process being run in a lens lab with a new CTL85DP dry-cut generator and an existing Gerber Coburn CMX50 polisher.
LaunchPad™ is Coburn's innovative free-form processing technology that allows for easier and more cost-effective polishing of free-form lenses. The proprietary, patent pending material configuration of LaunchPad combined with Coburn's patented disposable foam lap allows for free-form polishing on a traditional cylinder machine eliminating the need for larger free-form polishers.
