Let it Snow! 2013 Real Colorado National North Vs Pride SC Predators U11 soccer

A battle for the top! Pride sits at top of the table having played more games, but National North can jump their way to the top with a win. A lot of emotion on the field today and the ref had to make some tough calls. Pride's first goal scored after a controversial out of bounds call not called, and National North get their second goal with a PK on the very edge of the box. Can't fault the ref for doing the best he can as a 1 man team in the snow where lines are somewhat blurred. The Pride coach could use a filter on his foul language in front of 10 and 11 year olds, and kicking the ball on the field when the call didn't go his way was more childish than the kids he coaches. In the end we get it, emotions high, stakes on the line. The kids from both teams played hard until the end and the only way it could end today was with a dramatic hand ball call in the box in extra time to give a PK to Pride. Final in this one 2-2. Game played 4/20/2024. Looking forward to a rematch with better conditions.
