Duck Ramen Recipe | Shoyu Ramen with Duck Breast Chashu & Duck Wontons

- Today, I am making a duck ramen recipe video I said I would do in my last video! I first tried shoyu duck ramen in Tokyo by a friend's recommendation. I realized duck shoyu ramen is very delicious and I had to give it a try!
Another component here is yuzu. I also first tried yuzu ramen in Tokyo for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how well it went with ramen. So, my thought was that since citrus is a classic culinary pairing with duck anyways, I thought combining both would be tasty and I am happy to realize my hypothesis somewhat worked out!
This was one of the best bowls of ramen I've made so far. I guess I am a little biased because I personally REALLY love duck and shoyu ramen. The duck was tender from the sous vide, and crispy duck skin that's been chopped up added a lot of flavor also. And duck fat... not many words are needed for how good duck fat is hahaha.
Anyway, I thought to myself, if I were to ever open a ramen shop, I would definitely put this bowl on the menu!

What are the other couple of spices you keep in jars next to the salt?
They are sugar, white pepper, mixed peppercorns, matcha powder and black peppercorns :)
