I'm suffering from health issue too, ever since I got into a motorcycle accident my knee and foot are no longer normal and I suffer constant pain too, the only way for me to ignore this pain is just to get myself busy doing stuff that use my brain, sometime I just wish for the pain to be gone 😟
This is random, but have you tried collagen, glucosamine, turmeric??? I have painful arthritis in my knees, and these three things really help!
May Allah make it easy for you brother. And yes turmeric helps when you fall, maybe it could help you as well?
VITAMIN C.... from citrus fruits and bromelain from papaya/kiwi/pineapple... helps with inflammation, joint pain, arthritis, plaque buildup in arteries, and general blood flow. and lots of meat/protein containing zinc for speedy healing. above mentioned Turmeric also helps with wound healing and joint pain + blood flow and stuff.
Drink warm turmeric milk.. in a cup of warm milk, just add a pinch or two of turmeric, and drink it every day
Turmeric is a natural antiinflammatory, and works well for joint and bone pains
Listen to Surat Alkaf everyday it really has healing power

I would have found out sooner but my own health situation forces me into periods of isolation every now and then. Myself, I am a young Muslimah who had been diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinson’s at the age of 33. Hence, I know of the daily struggles of living with a chronic condition. Alhumdulillah. Indeed Allah is the Most Merciful and Most Compassionate.
