My best friend and I are obsessed with the cruel prince, so I am going to surprise her with Cardan's snake form... thank you so much for this amazing tutorial !!!
THANK YOU i’ve been looking for a snake pattern but i couldn’t find and free ones that looked cool but then i came across your video and absolutely fell in love with it. i made mine look like a lucy ball python 😁
I also was wondering about placement of eyes. An approximate location, or stitch count would be somewhat helpful. I realize yarn and hook could make a difference but a count up and down and in between would be helpful. I hate snakes but my grandson will love it
I'd recommend waiting until row 12-13 to put in the eyes. I ended up putting mine in crooked because i couldnt tell how the shape of the head was going to end up
Just finished my first one following along. I don’t think I did it quite right since I have a seam (I didn’t use fluffy yarn so you can see it if a seam is meant to be there). But this is literally my first time making something other than a ball. So all in all I’m pretty proud of it.
Thank you so much :) I have a maybe stupid question: i am very good in following patterns but very bad if i would like to make it bigger. may i ask if i would like to make the snake bigger would it be possible to just increase and decreas morer (everytime the same amount more)? i am sorry if that is rude to ask, i am a bit helpless ^^love your tutorial
i know i’m not the creator of this video but i did make the snake and i changed its size to fit my liking. i think my snake turned out fine even with the changes so you should be okay to do that. hopefully this helps you! :)
@@marinaevt3567 im not sure what size eyes i got but i remember them being kinda small so i would get a medium/large size depending on how big your making the snake. i hope this helps!
waah thank you doing this now and i am also confused, it foesnt reach my marker yet. I am using smaller yarn so i wonder if thats why but i am dying to know why
The snake is beautiful, but I can't crochet it the way it's supposed to be crocheted because you don't explain the stitches in each round. Also, the background music is distracting.
I would like to know why you don't reply to your comments. I guess it doesn't bother you that followers of your video don't understand this video. I have even slowed down to the video the slowest speed.
Oi Cleuza, posso traduzir as abreviações da receita do vídeo para vc, acho que assim vc vai conseguir fazer. Ela começa fazendo 6 pontos baixos no anel mágico. Ao longo do vídeo os escritos na imagem descrevem cada carreira. Aqui o significado das abreviações usadas no vídeo: sc = ponto baixo inc = aumento dec = diminuição Espero que te ajude!
This is a beautiful snake. His head has the perfect shape.

Fabulous tutorial thanks for sharing 🤗🌈
I finished mine and It looks super cute! Really helpful video 💗
Could you share how big are the eyes you used?
@@marinaevt3567 I used black eyes and their diameter is around 8mm. Use the same or a little bigger but don't go for smaller ones.
Wow that’s fascinating! I need one of those machines 💜😊

Hey! I wanted to ask, would it be ok if I were to sell the snakes I make from your pattern?
The only thing I still don’t get is the difference between the stitches are
Going fast with dark color yarn
Is there a written text version of the pattern? Plus the audio keeps cutting out
I don't understand how the stitches on Round 6 can add up to 21; (5sc + 1 inc) x3 the way they're described to be stitched.

im actually having an issue with row 7 now too :( it wont reach my marker

1 inc equal to 2 stitches, So 5 + 2 for 3 times. inc mean you sc 2 times on 1 loop.. i hope it helps..
Pourriez-vous mettre des sous titres en français svp tres joli mais ne comprends pas les explications merci
No info on the eye placement. Like how many stitches apart and on what row???
Or the eye size? 🤷
@@lupecasillas7265 It's in her description for eye size. 20mm
Uma pena não ter a tradução sou iniciante e não consigo acompanhar muito linda gostaria de fazer
How big are the eyes? In mm
They are 20mm
Tell me, what size are your eyes?
So I made one of these and me and the girlfriend hide it around the house for it to jump out at each other. I've created a monster...
jakiej wielkości są oczy?
All sounds are gone now.

Increases are 2 single crochet in 1 hole right?
Yep
@@mistywindow16Did you put the (1) increase in the first of the 5 sc?
5sc + 1 Inc x3 doesn't add up to 21 stitches. Only adds up to 18 stitches. Now 6 sc + 1 × 3 would add up to 21 stitches.
@@SabrinaSmith-s3j I never actually crocheted this pattern
@@mistywindow16I didn't mean to send the message to you. I meant to send the message to the gal that initially created the video.
Thank you for the pattern. Ok please get rid of background noise, music. I wear hearing aids. The music is terrible. Noise, whatever you call it.

I was vibin’ tbh
It was one of my favourite parts of the video 😊

I know it’s horrible
I was watching it slow and it sounds like buzzing and bleh
This tutorial would have be so much better without the music... it was very annoying and distracting. The snake is beautiful though!
TALK TO MUCH
not the best video for begginers, too fast for me and not clear :( but the snake you made is cute
you can always pause video, and write each row on a paper. thats what i did :) that way you can work in your own pace :)
