Great review Nate! I just got back from Aruba as well. I applied for a permit to fly there and got to fly areas that were “No Drone” zones :) Great place to fly
Great comparison. Thank you for nice work. I bought Torvol Pitstop Pro v2 and it’s great. I just still can’t get used to it. But this is not problem of Torvol. I just wanted something where I can put all I need and than it seems too heavy fully loaded with 6 batteries, 2 quads, 2 googles, radio, NBD tool set, charger, spare props, heliport, etc. Due to it’s shape and weight it feels like I am lifting fakin fridge on my back. 😅
I agree, the amount of gear for FPV that we carry is always going to be heavy. The Pitstop Pro does a better job than the iFlight at distributing the weight, but my bag is still heavily, especially when packed with Lipos (my normal cart is 10-15 6s and 4s packs). If you have not already tried, adjust the shoulder position straps at the very top, that can sometimes help shift the weight to a better position for your back
Thanks for the review ! I have an old torvol V1, and the zip broke in the lower part corner. I’m evaluating if buying v2 , iflight seems nice, but here in EU is hard to find or with a much higher price
I think the iFlight is a great bag, but if you're going to pay more for it, the torval V2 I think is the move. The V2 has been excellent so far. And if you have to hike or travel via train or other public transport to get to a spot, the V2 is significantly more comfortable with a heavy load. Thank you 🥂
grate revieuw thanks i just received a 2nd hand torvol pitstop v1 i miss a place to put my paltop Can you please tell me the difference between the torvol potstop pro v1 vs pro 2v? From what you showed in the video, i think i like the iFlight more, The way it opens from the top i think is more convenient when guirilla whooping :) Time will show. Thanks for the review
Between the v1 and v2 there are mostly minor quality of life changes, like adding loops for a third strap and refining the strap and back plate design. I really live the iFlight bag and mine is currently being used by a friend who is loving it. The top open is really convenient for getting your radio out. As for Guerilla Whooping, the Torvol I am currently testing the Torvol Urban backpack and really like it so far for whoops. I am also a big fan of Timbuk2 messenger bags for added stealthiness of the kit which has been useful on some of my guerilla whoop adventures. 🍻
To be honest, it is like coke and Pepsi. If you are going to be carrying the pack longer distances, go with Torvol pro v2 because the back design and strap density is better. If you are limited on what you want to spend on an FPV backpack, go with the iFlight. If neither of those matter, I think I like the bag to unzip and open from the top down like the iFlight, so if I want to just grab my radio, I dont have to lay the backpack down and open it all the way up like the torvol
@Nathan_Adams I went with iflight, ordered it today! I have the torvol pitstop non pro and love it, but all the things I hate are better in the iflight.
Thanks for your review. I buy pit stop v2 pro .👍🏻

Very nice! The permit process in Aruba is surprisingly straight forward and easy. Where did you fly on the island?
Right I agree!
Thanks great review
Thank you 🍻
