Can I stream from two separate devices at the same time? Like, I want to stream the screen capture of what I'm doing on my xbox, and I also want to stream video of myself from my camera, plugged into my laptop. Do you think this is possible?
Unfortunately you won’t be able to do that. You would have to somehow get your display output from your Xbox to your pc. On ps4 you can stream that to your pc but I don’t think there is something like that for Xbox. The only way you’ll be able to do this is to get a capture card.

Sorry but I do not know enough about music licensing to give a good response. I know you may get muted if you stream copyrighted music, I don’t know if it being live or not makes a difference.
If you have 2 open. Make sure you use source and ask it to find a specific window. Choose the game you want and do it there. Make sure you did all the steps

Well you'd be publicly showing yourself playing a stolen game, doing something illegal, and would be breaking Twitch's rules of conduct (www.twitch.tv/p/rules-of-conduct), so I'd say just buy the game.
You can have more than one interface and change between them. For example most streamers will add a “be right back” scene that blanks out their webcam if they go afk or need to do something private.
You can edit the position of things by clicking the something in the list of sources and dragging it around. I'm not completely sure what you mean by edit but if you need help you can join my discord, their is a number of streamers there who can help. (See pinned comment.)
