I can answer because I had X40 and replace it very quickly by a Roborock. This theoric "very best" robot can't explore my home and foundd 6 rooms ! I tryed more and more times, move it manualy in forgotten part but never it find his way. I called to Hotline and it cameback for tests. They found nothing and offered to reimburse me. I did it and replace by the best robot for my part, Roborock Qrevo Master. Immediately, he found every room in my house. System is very close to X40 specififcations. notice he is more faster to clean, have best camera, etc...
