    Ingredients (सामग्री) :
    For Chikki (चिक्की के लिए):
    250 gm Roasted Peanuts (भुनी हुई मूंगफली)
    200 gm Jaggery (Chikki Gud) (चिक्की का गुड़)
    50 gm Sugar (चीनी)
    1 tbsp Water (पानी)
    1 tsp Ghee (घी)
    1/8 tsp Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा)

    Method :
    Select and Prepare Peanuts:
    Use long and dark-colored peanuts. Roast them well and remove the outer skin.
    Prepare the Jaggery Mixture:
    In a pot, heat the jaggery along with water and ghee. Stir until the jaggery melts completely.
    Add Sugar:
    Once the jaggery has melted, add sugar to the mixture and stir until it combines well.
    Incorporate Baking Soda:
    Add a pinch of baking soda to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
    Add Peanuts:
    Add the roasted peanuts to the jaggery mixture and stir to coat them evenly.
    Shape the Chikki:
    Quickly pour the mixture onto a greased surface and flatten it evenly to the desired thickness.
    Cut Into Pieces:
    After a few minutes, while the mixture is still warm, cut it into pieces of your preferred size and shape.
    Set and Store:
    Allow the pieces to cool completely. Once dry, store them in an airtight container.
