- After a magnificent and eventful finale in Norwegian Talents this Friday it was finally clear that guitar playing Odin Landbakk (13) received the most votes from the Norwegian people.
He secured his victory in the talent competition - and prize of 500,000 crowns.or $57,500
You guys are aware that he was 13 at the time? Probably a shy person, nervous as hell, and you guys still claims that he is average?
Ive never plated guitar, and havent seen many 13-year old play a this advanced long solo of a song he has learned just in a week. This isnt a song he has played all his life and perfected. As his first audition when the song was practiced for way longer, then he made a show, because he knew the song so well. After all his been practicing for years.
With mote routine he surely will evolve more stage persona.
Thats why people liked him. This isnt everyones cup of tea, but its not average. This is talent.

Not entirely unknown with guitar players, TNTs brilliant Ronny Le Tekrø, and Terje Rypdal for example. And of course our Black Metal history speaks for itself

Dont want to hate but he's average. Does Norway not have better talents? I saw Patrick, a rapper, and he was so amazing, kind of reminded me of a young Eminem, only not as fucked up. Im a little dissapointed he didnt win, he seemed way better than This average guitar player.

Sorry to say this but ONLY possible reason he won is cause he is either from a wealthy family that has their pocket deep into the show, OR he somehow won cause he is a young and can play guitar. Seriously, if he was just 3 years older he wouldnt even been applied to appear on the show. There is alot of people who play like this and dont even get noticed. This guy played boring notes and was not even doing anything to make this more entertaining. I know he is young, but this was a joker-move from the show.

What band do you play in? Where is Your guitar skills? It may not be Perfect, but why not give the Young boy some credit? Any idiot can see and hear that he has been playing the strings for an hour or two!! People who play like this dont even get noticed, you say?? Do they want to? He`s gonna be a greater player in some years..One of the best guitarplayers in Norway wrote this melody for him..and he is a friend of Joe Satriani..Maybe you match him..I don`t know..give us something to compare you With!!

He has no stage presents at all. His just standing there. This is probably some of the most boring got talent stuff i've ever seen. His skills is good but he has to have stage presents, like Angus young or Slash. For now, i'm not very proud of my country.
