So about the Hercules/Heracles bar. Hercules is the roman name. In Greek mythology Heracles was named after Zeus's wife Hera so that she wouldn't kill Heracles for being the child of Zeus cheating for like the umpteenth time. There's no name Hera in roman mythology so naming him Heracles wouldn't make sense, therefore Hercules
Yeah. Heracles literally means, "glory of Hera" or "glory from Hera" which I think is a reference to when he was a baby and Hera breastfed him (she didn't know it was him, she just thought it was a random baby abandoned in the woods) which is actually what gives him his superhuman strength.

So the reason this song is more out there is because they made it during a stream and did a knockout tournament kind of thing where the chat voted for the song idea they wanted most out of 32 different ideas and Chat voted for Zeus, Poseidon and Hades
what do you mean they made it during a stream? Like did they crank out the lyrics, the chorus and the beat all in a single stream? I would've thought something like this takes more time than that
@@rishabhanand4973yeah, they had the chat vote on what topic they had to make a song about, made the beat, and wrote all the lyrics in about a 3-4 hour stream. Rustage has been doing those from time to time in recent months, his Ben 10, Yami Sukehiro, Zues, Poseidon & Hades and Sun Wukong raps were voted on and majorly made sure his twitch streams. He does do mixing and have his videos and thumbnails made in the two weeks or so between the stream and when the final version is released.
Also depending on how he/they feel during the streams he/they may not write the lyrics and just produce the backing track instead

2.disney fucked up and made a story about greek gods from olympus and named zeus son "hercules" when it is actually heracles.
3. as if that is not confusing enough, thank you disney, what happened here is that this is not a song about disney characters so an acurate greek mythology knowledge is required which brings us back to "1." which makes heracles the proper spelling and pronounciation. BUT that being said, clearly person making video does not know his mythologies well enough and/or only knows disney version so even though they heard "heracles" they decided to write hercules even though hercules has nothing to do with greek mythology. (again, thank you disney -.- )
4. just a fun fact to add to this confusion, both hercules in roman mythology and heracles in greek mythology are basically describing same thing aka son of the zeus/jupiter both known as fathers/kings of gods and gods of thunder.
