Absolutely LOVE Tracey Ullman. Thank you for posting these. One of my favorite characters is Ruby Romaine. Reminds me of someone from when I was a child and my dad worked at the bowling alley. The older women had a "league" which was basically an excuse to get together and drink & smoke. Does anyone remember the short skit where Ruby Romaine does the makeup for a deceased silent screen actress? I have looked for that for years. I think it had sort of a "Sunset Boulevard" feel to it, if I remember correctly.
I had forgotten how truly talented Tracy was and is. Pure entertainment, with a strong essence of Satire running through every episode. Where is Tracey, we need more of this woman.
I am loving these "Tracey takes on" episodes! She is so talented and funny. Plus, the makeup artists are unbelievable. Often it's difficult to even recognize her. I'm just binge watching one episode after another and laughing my ass off!!
I still can't believe Tracey got away with black face back then. Since the. Only Robert Downey Jr. has been able to do it without consequences. That being said I hate cancel culture.
@@ROBYNMARKOW one of my favorite characters, I could just imagine her with her family during the high holidays, and I hope someday, Tracey recreates her as a married mom of 2, and shows how she interacts with her kids LOLL

Is the most successful comedian and second most successful actress out of the UK child should give this woman a dame tittle
"More teeth, Ladies!! It's almost a snarl...." This line just gave me such a fit of the giggles...😂😂😂 love Tracey Ullman
I would love it if the networks gave Tracey's sydney kross her own tv show, itd be hilarious. And she could have her other characters stop by.
When Tracey talked about washing her hands alot it's like she low-key predicted Covid..
Thought the SAME EXACT thing!!!!
Excellent writing in all of these!
Micheal McKean has an excellent accent
It was great in Spinal Tap too.
Finola Hughes of "General Hospital" & "Staying Alive" is featured!

I wish this had a better theme song. The lyric to this one makes no sense whatsoever.
the song was a hit for her in the UK
I bought it in the States as well
It was a hit on MTV-along with another-as well, around ‘85/‘86!!
The only "sense" you need here is a sense of humour which you obviously do not possess
