Hi, my name is Iryna and I’m from Ukraine. Here you could find interesting information about our country, its traditions and culture. Me and my life: / iryna.malii Thanks for your support!
Thank you for this concise and clear video. It is very important to learn about the beautiful traditional Ukrainian culture. God bless you and keep you safe, Iryna.
Thank you for the 12 interesting facts about vyshyvanka. I think this Ukrainian tradition looks great! 3:48 I'm a couple of day late, but in any case, happy Vyshyvanka day 🙂
My best friend, Okaksandra is Ukrainian and I'm Irish. So I made a Vyshyvanka themed kilt with a sunflower Sporran bag and Blue and Yellow Kilt Hose with The Ukrainian Trident on them. It took me 6 weeks to make by hand but the look on her face was worth it. There's a lot of Ukrainians in Ireland. They're always gas craic (The most fun. A great time to be had with them)! I get a lot of compliments when I wear it out. Maybe one day when Ukraine is built better and stronger than ever I'll wear it around there!
Thank you Iryna, as this is another Awesome video.... your English pronouncination is Brilliant 👏 and beautifully spoken, plus excellent and insightful history of this part of "The Ukrainian Culture" Slava Ukraini 🇺🇦 💗 ♥️ ♥️
I have a book set about the Borschiv style embroidery, one book is about 5cm thick and full of photographs and information on this unique style of vyshyvankas. They are so fascinating and look like a lot of work, but there's really just a cool trick to the embroidery style- it's just couched wool yarns that fill out those sleeves! 😀 very warm for those cold Ternopil winters.
Thank you very much for beautifully presenting the information about the coats of arms of Ukrainian cities and towns and district embroidery styles. Slava Ukraini.
Thank you for your video. I'm taking a course about games for social causes and I was thinking of using a Vyshyvanka as the main theme in my game project.
Thank you! Greetings from Bulgaria!
