Japanese Bushido Blade has yellow blood, for example, and Japanese Bust a Move has several small things that were changed for the US version, like Hiro's cigarette being removed.

Aye it's pretty mad, found the Japanese version of Symphony of The Night for less than 100, whereas EU and US regions were well into the 300's/400's.
