I so want to see and or pilot this on the road. I would like Rohloff/Schlumpf Mountain drive combo for the relatively flat terrain of North Central Indiana. I am so glad you are still working on getting this towards what I hope is a production model.
I am beyond impressed with the Velotilt! Most unique Velomobile I have ever seen in my 43yrs of life. I would love to find out what I can do to help you with the tilt mechanism. I have a few ideas but this is not the place to discuss that lol. I live in South Carolina and am close to NC if you are by chance anywhere close to me. I pedal everywhere I go.
much more to do, but fun, & dang waiting on parts never ends, & if you order wrong, more dwn time. But big fun and l have the vt trike also to ride daily if l want.
A belt would be a beautiful (and silent) addition to the velotilt. How about a streamlined trailer, that works as a camper with an extra battery for the electric motor version? Or an attachement for a single foil paraglider? Great work so far, can't wait to sell my car and buy a velotilt.
I always wondered what would happen after an avoidance maneuver or a chicane in one of these leaning/tilting vehicles... I think the weight shifting would have a negative impact on the handling and safety of the vehicle & thus negate the perceived advantage of leaning/tilting in corners

Yeah, this is looking great :) Glad that the legacy from Bram Smit continues in this one.

Mike…….its looking good!
Very interesting concept, good to see all the innovation you are incorporating into your unique machines.

I am sad to announce that Bram Smit died last night. Bram was one of the inventors of the tilting mechanism of the VeloTilt.
wish he was still around.
🙏🙏🙏
Hopefully production soon
