My brother worked for 33 years and he never had any bribes or even a cup of tea from people untill he retired He was that good but he didn't have his proper promotion because he didn't go behind them and ask for it. Still he dont have a house to live.his life was the police.he was real government servent. Sometimes if it's short of staff he couldn't take his day off.he is very honest for the job.I think where he worked the people know about him.good people don't get anything from the police. One thing untill he retired He didn't have a bad name .He decently retired. When his wife went for the Labour roo. He was not there. He came after 3 days.anything happen in the house he was not there. I am very angry about the srilanka police. Always have to go and beg anything to do.
