Ok so I am an hour in and I just have to say, the way you teach is very easy to understand, easy to follow along with. There a lot of videos I watch to follow along with to figure out what ever it is I’m trying to do and I don’t think I’ve had a tutorial video as easy as you make this one here. Wow. Your teaching is like a valuable skill itself. Wow. Much appreciated!
22:30, if you are on the newest version of Photoshop you will need to go to Preferences->File Handling then in the upper right you should see a checkbox that reads: Enable legacy "Save As", click that and you should see all the options in the video.
Had the same problem. I'm using version 25.1 Another quibble: embedding the iceberg and Ram photos - I can't resize in multiple directions as shown in the video. They only resize in proportion (as if I was pressing the SHIFT key). One last problem: closing the project, I can still see the floating layers panel in the welcome screen. It doesn't shut down as expected. I can still grab it at the top and move it around. Me thinks 25.1 has some bugs.
Dido the last post. 65 years old and this is the clearest tutorial I have tried. Having loads of fun. I like that he always shows you where the clicks and buttons are. 🤩🤩🤩Thanks!!!!

Now that I've gone through most of this course I am changing that in several ways. You've opened up and demystified PS for me in a way that no other tutorials I've done had. I always get confused with the Magic wand and Quick selection tool and after watching you explain that part i was like - WOW. THANK YOU for this video! 👍👍✌ Happy 2023 ! 🎉
This was so so helpful. I had a trial by fire Photoshop class I took at CC last semester that I learned nothing in and it was super frustrating. This explained the basics and didn't assume you already knew anything, which was awesome! I also loved how the information was presented in such a sequential way that built off of previous lessons' knowledge. Also, as a PC user, it was really nice to finally see an Adobe tutorial on a PC and not a Mac.
I've worked on PS for years, but never knew its full potential. Thank you Dave for such an in-depth and easily explained course, and all for free knowledge sharing.
how fortunate i am finding this Chanel . God bless you man . going through this tutorial i have learned a lot. even I can put my thoughts visible with the PS skill i obtained here. God bless you guys all. stay safe!
Having watched a lot of photoshop tutorials, this is undoubtedly one of the few best I have come across. that for taking your precious time to give this vivid explanation. god bless you
Absolutely fantastic tutorial! Your step-by-step guide made it so much easier to understand complex Photoshop techniques. Thank you for sharing your expertise!
I am completely new to Photoshop and graphic design and not being technical. Photoshop is daunting to say the least that is, however until I came across your incredible A to Z tutorial. A combination of amazing detail and easy to understand directions make this one of the best tutorials that I’ve come across, if not the best. I am not very technical, and this type of stuff doesn’t come easy for me however, with your tutorials, I’ve become fairly compentent in a short period of time and look forward to continuing to learn and improve my skills til I am an expert. While, I know this is no small task I am certain I am on the right track and sincerely thank you for the time and detail you took creating this as well as the your simple to understand teaching method. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
It is so sad I went to college to learn Graphic Design and Multimedia, which I now hold a degree in. Not one class I took ever explained all of the Adobe tools. There was one introduction class I took in my 3rd semester which I think should have been the very first class I took instead of Concept Arts. I was completly lost in that class because I was a novice to Adobe. Every assignment was trail by error, hands on learning. Consequently I still don't understand and get confused on what tools does what. This applies to ALL of the Adobe applications including InDesign which I seriously struggle with. Thank you for posting this because they rushed through and after graduation I focused on Illustrator, I'm now rusty in Photoshop, so this video is an awesome refresher for me and I'm also learning things I didn't know on top of that.:)
I greatly appreciate your effort, David Casuto! I have been searching a good tutorial for years. I haven't fully finished the course. Finished 2:30 hours of video. I really wanted to send my appreciation. This tutorial is full of awesome tips and tricks! Thank you so much for your effort and time!
Instead of wanting a basic tutorial fpr beginners, I wanted to learn everything including essential for my GCSEs. Very nice ❤Thanks Only thing is if it was more important only by making it shorter, however It shows everything including what we need to know (beginners and advanced). And u can take notes and try it for yourself with breaks.
i have no word for this tutorial it help me by more thing i just started like biggner but after this tutorial i become more profetional also it had nice explanation thank you guys
Thank you - Thank You! This course is exactly what is needed. Easy to understand the many complexities of Photoshop -- and how those complexities may be applied. An excellent reference tool that keeps on giving. Everyone needs to review it. And, then, on to the creative use of Photoshop to enjoy fully. Your hard work is appreciated.
Going to comment every time i come back to take notes! I've been slowly going through this tutorial for about six months, taking extensive notes and it has seriously taught me so much!

I have just finished the video. Thank you for this high quality, free course you provide us. The explanations are concise, I would even say eloquent, and your pronunciation and accent is very clear and it all makes this a video that's easy and enjoyable to follow. Though I have never been a very proactive person, I'm eager to keep on learning after watching this video. I can see from the documents provided that there are some lessons, like making gifts, that are not in it, but I'll do what I can to get the most out of the material. My only critique is that some lessons are not in order (but it is still understandable), and I can't remember correctly but there was a part where some content was missing (but still deducible). Once again, thank you!

You are very welcome!
I've worked on PS for years, but never knew its full potential. Thank you Dave for such an in-depth and easily explained course, and all for free knowledge sharing.
Glad it was helpful!

I'll be going 60 come November 2023 and completing the download for an offline study. This is my 1st time use of PS so good luck to me.
Good luck!
Thank you so much for the kind words! We are glad you learned so much!
The ability to convey information and instruction it’s crucial to learn anything. Li you have the gift of teaching, thank you.
You are very welcome
Great Training Course like lot of the other people found this to be so helpful. i just keep wanting more
Glad it was helpful!
We are glad you learned so much from the training!
Photoshop is just a tool that is why they didn't put emphasis on it in school.
You're very welcome!
Instead of wanting a basic tutorial fpr beginners, I wanted to learn everything including essential for my GCSEs. Very nice ❤Thanks
Only thing is if it was more important only by making it shorter, however It shows everything including what we need to know (beginners and advanced). And u can take notes and try it for yourself with breaks.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you so much. God bless you!
You are so welcome!

Hi David,
can i ask that how the points comes in the shapes, which helps to change the size .
Use ctrl and T at the same time on your keyboard (if on Windows) or command and T if on Mac. Or right click on the thing you want to resize and find Transform
Thanks for the help Mirlejka!
hi, which version are you using
This was recorded using Photoshop CC
@@LearnitTraining hey there, is it applicable in PS CC 2015?
Yes
Thanks!
what type of files you have there.. cant open it
