About Raphael Fays:
Raphaël Faÿs is a Gypsy Jazz, flamenco and classical guitarist from France. He started his career at the age of 16 and was responsible for reviving the style of Django Reinhardt in the mid 1970s in France due to his numerous appearances on national television. He has performed all over the world and is considered one of the legends of Gypsy Jazz.

I'm watching UA-cam and I've come to the conclusion that many people in the United States have guitars, from young musicians to the elderly. I think it's because guitars are widely used in America. In our country, this is an expensive pastime. For example, a good guitar costs two of my pensions, which is $500. My accordion costs three pensions. We don't have many factories producing musical instruments. Therefore, export tools are expensive. In the 50s, America produced electric guitars. Our country was built after the great war with Germany. Russian electric guitars and others appeared only in 1975. That's why we bought guitars in Europe. The electric guitar in our families was exotic from distant countries. There are a lot of electric guitars on the secondary market now, but new ones come mainly from China. R.S. Acoustic and classical guitars are produced by the Russian private company NEWTONE
