Once an alligator by claims of animal policy you are not allowed to feed alligators which is stupid because they claim once you feed an alligator it no longer have the ability to hunt for food... the reality is that that’s depending on whether they were raised to survive off their own ability or were fed since a baby. I don’t believe you should stop someone from having a exotic animal especially if they had it for the majority of that animals life... it’s more dangerous to release it back into the wild and there is more of a chance of it dying in the wild if you release it back in the wild especially in the alligator and bears cases. They lived their whole life around humans dependent on humans feeding them. Hollywood over dramatize how animals act when fed by humans making the claim they will get big and attack and eat humans but that’s simply not true.
(Most animals have their own unique personality) to assume they all act the same is pretty shallow minded as someone who owned a baby mountain lion and had to give it to an exotic animal lover I know and visit Betty all the time when I come to West Virginia. She isn’t harmful playful and a little rough yes but as long as she isn’t around kids she’s fine. Either way stop acting like Peta.
Side note is that people don’t understand pets and animals till you actually observe how they act and how their personality is. Cats for example have a wide range of personalities and so do dogs. To assume that larger more exotic animals are not capable of being pets is a flat out lie that is based around the assumption that make people feel like they aren’t in any danger.

For the man with the Hyena, I recognized the mode of dressing. He’s from Northern part of Nigeria, where i am from. When we were kids I could remember people selling traditional medicine roam about with hyenas. You can notice the public announcement system close to the man, they go about advertising their medicine. Also, there is a belief back then- when you have a kid who normally wet bed, they are forced to ride the hyenas to stop them bed wet. Thats even the essence of the hyena.

My mom found a baby kitten that was crying all by himself in the old days when California wasn't build up yet. She loved her baby kitten named wild because she found him in the wild rural area of San Diego back then .
Come to find he was a Bobcat who loved and protected her once he got older, Wild lived a long healthy life and lived with my mom from early childhood to her twenties.
In the end my mom took care of wild like a kitten again and cried when he feel asleep in her arms and never woke up.
The bond between humans and animals is very strong and natural with great and faithful love.

I believe that the hyena is not being treated right because every tiger, lion, wolf, etc. Should not be muzzled they should be free and if you get one you should only have it if rescued or tamed and also that muzzle looks like it's covering over half of its face.
