Women in Ag: The Quandahl Sisters

Carmen and Kendal Quandahl, sisters and employees of our ‪@CaseIHTube‬ brand, grew up in Iowa where they were both heavily involved in helping to run their family farm.
Working on the Precision Training Team, Carmen, says, “We grew up on a farm, we're farm kids. That's where it started and just took off from there. We don't really think about agriculture as a job, it’s just what we do.”
The Quandahl sisters both received an agriculture degree at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and went on to work in various roles within the industry before joining CNH.
“Don't let anybody tell you you can't do it. Don't let anybody say that's too heavy, that's too big, that presentation is too important,” shares Manager for the North America Precision Field Team, Kendal. “If it's your role, your place, you know it. Embrace it.”
