Whats the point of this video other than showing your groceries ? Do u not understand your creamer and chinno contains sugar as well as most of what you've bought. Read your labels. Your weight is from what your eating.
If you gained 50 lbs drinking coffee creamer, any excuse is as good as the next, not going to lose weight on sugar free creamer, but the rest of your diet is high carbs...check out a low carb diet !

@@ladyg1951 many states give you a hundred dollars per child per mo and some for the adults per mo , which what’s 200 and something per mo , when you have two children and urself to feed , not much , can’t buy healthy fresh fruit , veggies and good meat , I shop without food stamps and spend right at 225 per week , plus eat meals out .
Everyone is on a health kick now since 2020 , looks like you give your family plenty of carbs...yiu may be happier making a video of the low carb foods you had just purchased...and a weight loss program..if everone in the family has a problem being obese, someone needs to break the cycle...

Walking and drinking water instead of pop, and sugar juice, with regular meals. you will lose weight. And if you drink soda, don't over do it. OR the sugar.

In Oregon, you can get $200.00 a month in food stamps! I am not on food stamps and live in Oregon!
