I’ve read the reviews but fyi they have a one bedroom for 10-11M and rfo is 25k pesos lang also down payment 5 Percent over two months. They also give you 5-10% discount. And monthly is 20k first year ready for occupancy so for me it’s achievable compared to London or the U.K. have to put down £20k-£40k Also in two to three years the value will go up in McKinley hill and you can sell it or rent it out.

Those condo units are very expensive. Only few rich Filipinos & mostly foreign investors can afford to buy them (isn't there a law about owning property in Philippines?). Just recently, heard condo units in other cities had dropped significantly. Most foreigners are grabbing those condos and buying left & right ...just hoping Filipinos will not be over-numbered by other nationalities, displaced in their own land & deprived of work because rich foreign investors bring their own people & favor them over Filipinos. Just saying...keep our beloved Philippines 🇵🇭 land of the free!!!
Foreigners can own condos. They are prohibited to buy landed properties. So their strategy is to marry a Filipino. They can buy land but it will be under the name of the Filipino spouse.

The so -called maintenance fee is correctly referred to as "Association dues or HOA." I have a 1 bedroom in BGC and I pay P4,110 per month. So it is calculated according to the size of the unit. The bigger the unit, the larger the fees.

Mahal daw ang condo dahil sa prime location. Location? Air pollution, traffic, crowded etc. I have the $$$ and can buy one but prefered to live in a quite remote area in the province by the beach.

My golly! Who can afford 27 million 2 bedroom condo at the Fort. I’m sure that doesn’t include maintenance fee. You have to be Millionaire to afford it.
Believe me there are super rich folks who makes a million in one month through businesses in the PHL.
The so -called maintenance fee is correctly referred to as "Association dues or HOA." I have a 1 bedroom in BGC and I pay P4,110 per month. So it is calculated according to the size of the unit. The bigger the unit, the larger the fees.
Put another 6M on top, for the furnishings and parking spot.
My friend lives at a BGC condo, some of my classmates as well.
People who have the money and want a lifestyle exclusivity will live here. Of course it’s close by Forbes and BGC, so it’s only for the wealthy that can afford to live thete

I have the $$$ and can buy one but prefered to live in a quite remote area in the province by the beach.
The two bedroom condo is very expensive and I am sure their is HOA plus whatever fees might include.

Overpriced for a concrete cell, imagine your monthly payment plus condo fees and subjected to their rules. Condos are headaches, you don't own a land, that's hard to swallow.

To buy or not to buy a property in Mckinley Hills or West is a 64 dollar question. If I would have a 10 Million, I would buy a beach house in Plaridel, Siain, Quezon Province where I grew up. The one hectare property would cost me 3million only and the remaining to build beach houses and one big vacation house. God willing I would have that one day.
