The best design for me in terms of ambience and space are Dingdong's, Iza's and Korina's. In terms of location, nothing beats the penthouse of course (the higher the location in a building, the more expensive it gets!) Dingdong's got the luxury of an open view on top overlooking the vicinity with a deck/garden! Gosh so great to unwind there if you're not afraid of heights.

I really prefer a condo living since I have been living in a condo unit for 12 yrs already after graduating from College. Though I prefer it, I have to admit that s house and lot is still way more spacious and has privacy compared to a condo. These condos are really nice and very huge but c'mon, these are famous celebrities who can afford to buy 2 or more units that can be combined to become one huge unit. Sa ating tipikal na mamamayan, 1 unit is the most that we can all afford to buy. It means lang na mayaman ka na kung kaya mong mag dalawang units and have the two combined. SMDC has very small units, the smallest I have seen from the company is around 16 or 18 sqm? Isa na ang DMCI sa developers that provide a big space for a reasonable price.
1. Dingdong - I love the Asian inspired style with a pool at the penthouse. 2. Heart - Looks like from a Hollywood actress. Looks fab and expensive. 3. James - The hotel inspired room is amazing plus I love lightings. Well, I may not have a condo but I have naman a H&L in a subdivision at Sta Rosa City Laguna, lol. Still I am dreaming to own a condo for my total relaxation.
The problem with being in a penthouse unit is, pag may fire drill, ang layo ng bababain mo, esp as the elevators will be out of service during those instances. We used to live in a 20-storey condo, but ours was a 2-level walk out condo. Everytime someone trips the fire alarm, the entire residents were forced to climb down and leave the building..one time even in the middle of a very cold winter night. We just ignored it, and went back to sleep bec we had the advantage of opening the backdoor and just walking out. I would have loved a higher floor unit…but not more than the 5th level for this very reason.

Matagal ma niya iniwan yan; Korina Sanchez also said goodbye to her condo about a couple of years ago at Fairways Tower; forgot the name of Iza's building in Salcedo, Makati. My favorite is Korina's.

I love Iza Calzado's interiors. Earth neutral colors are classy, sassy and sophisticated. Minimalist and modern contemporary designs are my fave.
