Yay! I'm so glad I found you here. Add a Mexican boyfriend who didn't speak English and I didn't speak a lick of Spanish. So I try to watch and remember and read but never quite got past broken Spanish. I lived with many Mexican people in Canada and although that was quite a while ago I still have some of them as friends on social media. I find that I spend the majority of my time trying to explain English or what I mean. It's obviously time for me to hunker down and you are the first person that turned up in my search. You are joy to listen to and explain things so they are easily understood thank you! I look forward to getting into your videos 😁
Never noticed the phrase "hay que" before until this lesson. Looked it up after being confused about how it was being used in your example, and that phrase alone seems like a confusing rabbit hole, where it can mean lots of different things, and difficult to know when to use it without a breakdown.
Nate tengo Una pregunta, “Una mesa para tres” which one of your para does this fall into? Would it be recipients given table is given and nothing in exchange? Thanks
Gracias por ayudar mi con espanol!
So perfectly explained. You have a brilliant way of teaching and it becomes so easy to understand. Thank you for sharing.
One more use of "por" is after "Gracias". For example, Gracias por la ayuda. (Thanks for the help.) -or- Gracias por escuchar. (Thanks for listening.)
