Gently roll the paper in the other direction, then take a deep breath and SSLLOOWWLLYY blow that moist warm air into one end, then repeat on the other end - with your mouth sealing the end whilst doing so. The heat and moisture will loosen the fibres and allow for a creaseless abandoning of the curl. --- not all papers are raw enough for this to work, but as a general rule.
I also put it between two tea towels and gently misted with a medium hot iron to flatten, however the heat can change the porosity of the surface.... just sayin'
Have you created a guide for sketching the tree string (for those of us who do not have the project pack)? I viewed the intro to Project Pack 17 and learned about the dream catcher. Is there something similar for this project? Thank you for guidance. This project is very beautiful.
Hi, I have tried that on other projects and found you can cover up some of the pen lines, and dull them. But I think it depends which effect you prefer
Very cool! 🧚 Rick, hope you get over that cold soon.

Love how it looks with the color prior to the water being added
Ooo I feel like I haven’t seen you all in so long! Yay.
Exiting!!!
It’s going to be fun .
You can also use a fine-mist water spray bottle and then use your brush to 'direct' the color if you like.
Poor Rick sounds like he has a winter cold. Get well soon Rick. From uk!

Beautiful ❤️❤️
What about using a mist bottle?
We have not experimented with that!
@@Zentangle
that is a very good idea. I would also like to experiment with shaking water or the damp surface after it is semi dry.
if I were to draw my own since I do not have the kit, can I use the micron pens without them running?
Wet the paper on the back and it will flatten out then let it dry again (or not ; ).
Thank you for sharing.💖

Hi Sonja, no there is not a tutorial at this time for the template.

I use a brush pen that holds water, you can get from an art store.
Wish I could find mine !
What brand of watercolor pencil are you using? My own do not melt like that and so I do not enjoy using them
Kimberly's Watercolor from General Pencil!
watercolor pencils are different than regular colored pencils :)
Is it tiepolo paper? I'm craving some REALLY good paper
Yes!
What is "Tiepolo" paper?
Wonder how it would look if you spritzed with a combo of rubbing alcohol and water, 20/80?
What size pa poo er are you using? I cant find where you said anywhere.
It is available in the Project Pack No. 19 kit on Zentangle.com
can you download the template of the pp #19.
Hi Annette - No, it is not available for download.
What are the colors of the WC pencils?
They might differ for different people? Mine are teal, vermillion, and yellow ochre. 😕
@@justicerachel you'll see later in the series, they said everyone got the same colors this time
Shouldn’t the hashtag be 19 not 18.
Sometimes if you get too much water press a dry paper towel on the puddle.
Wondering if I could "paint" my piece after I am done tangling...any thoughts?

How can you purchase #19pp?
Zentangle.com :)
What is the size (dimensions) of the paper?
19.5 x 11.5 inches
19.5 x 11.5 in
How large is this paper?
I have the same question...
19.5 x 11.5 in
Looks very mysterious! Love it. What size paper are we using, please?
Did you get an answer? I cant find size.
@@myoakgroveplace no answer yet….
