I'm sure it will be listed at $150 with 10% off when it opens, then it'll be $200 and higher with 15% off a few months after. Like Hideaway, when it first opened was $30, now you're lucky to find it below $55. Remember with all things RCL ignore the % off.
This is very exciting, as we never get off the ship in Nassau. Depending on the cost, I will do it at least once. We're also looking forward to the Cozumel Perfect Day!
With so much investment in land-based attractions, when will RCL change their loyalty program to reward the amount cruisers spend rather than days at sea? Airlines have already moved in this direction.
Good call on Royal's part. After my 2nd visit to Nassau I decided, "never again." I'll still book an itinerary with Nassau on it, but it's now always a ship day for me.
Definitely checking it out. Nassau is such a drag. It wasn't until recently the Bahamamian government statted investing into infrastructure bc theybwere tired of guests staying on the ship when they are paying Royal Caribbean International to stop there.
That's the same thing I was thinking...if I buy the all inclusive drink pkg on the ship; then why should I pay for it again here? If that's the case, I'll be staying on the ship to drink the drinks I already paid for.
We rarely visit Nassau since we cruise 7-nights or more. I will definitely try it. Im a lighthouse fan, I'd love to have a chance to get closer to the lighthouse. I wish Nassau had allowed RC to buy that piece of land too, I bet RC would have restored it.
Looking at what Royal charges for CoCo Beach Club or Hideaway Beach Club and considering those don’t include drinks or require transportation, and looking at what they charge for other Nassau excursions, I don’t see it being less than $150 per adult. Depending on the capacity and depending on how many and how big Royal/Celebrity ships are in Nassau that day, I will not be surprised if it is in the $250-$300 range per adult on busy days.
The Beach Clubs are nice , But if [ AND THATS A BIG IF ] We have a Drink or 2 and back to the Ship ,LIDO ,POOL and all almost to Our Self ... Great DAY ...
I think this could also be used to help sell the Deluxe Beverage package if they tie in some discount for the beach club access. IE Deluxe Beverage also includes 50% off on beach club access to Royal owned and operated beach clubs.
Love the paradise island build in Nassau. Wish they had a separate alcohol band purchase as I'm sure this adds $40-80 per pass. Are we talking $129-149 per person? Thanks Matt for this great info!
Looking forward to this and I don't think it's so much that Nassau sucks, but rather it's so played out. After going there more than 2-3 times, there's not much to do so this definitely adds something of value that would make people want to get off the ship. Frankly I think Cozumel is approaching the same thing hence why I think they are building a beach club there too...
I actually love the new construction/renovation in Nassau. This paradise beach sounds exciting but i want to tour nassau again when i go, the last time i was rushed because we had elderly folks with us, so didnt get to enjoy it too much. $125-150 aint bad with alcohol included. If it will be around that range. Anything more then $150 would not be worth it. RC should include alcohol at the beach club in cococay as well!
If you already have the deluxe beverage package, they should give you a discount here. Doesn’t really make sense for them to charge you twice for all inclusive drinks
I’ll have to wait and see what the price comes out to but when we’ve done private beach passes at other locations we have spent around $50 per person for the beach and facilities, no food, no drinks. Plus transportation to and from the beach. When we go to Bermuda, we have to get transportation and pay for chairs and umbrellas on the “free” beach at Horseshoe Bay. I would say that it is about $60 per couple, again without food or drinks. Regardless of the price, I can see us going there the first time to get the experience. Finally, yes, Nassau sucks! Haven’t been off the ship in the last 5 cruises
It would be nice to have a no alcohol price as well. All inclusive pricing always punishes those who are more interested in activities and less food and drink. We pay for what we don’t use! Maybe wrist bands for the two pricing makes it easy to track?
My guess is $149 adult and $99 under 21 depending on the food quality, quantitiy and options. If it’s specialty type dining like steak and lobster like Cocoa Beach club then more money for sure.
Depending on the cost, I may or may not take part. If I get an offer from Casino Royale, I will definitely try. Otherwise I will stay on the boat. I am surprised that it would be drinks included. They could charge less and offer drinks as they do on Perfect Day - unlimited drink package, charge as you go or vouchers for high level C&A cruisers. More people may then take part especially for those who do not drink.
I have to wonder if Cozumel and Costa Maya are even on RCL's radar anymore with the TAX threat. With that,....I have a feeling that being an RCL spot,.....this is going to run $300.00+,....per person over 18
Might have to wait a little bit to experience it. I know it will be packed for a while. Best to wait till it cools down so I could enjoy it without it being over crowded. But I'm curious on what's going to happen during the Costa Maya "Perfect Day". With that new tax they just put on cruises. I hear a lot of cruise companies are going to start boycotting Mexico because of the huge tax hike.
Had a lousy day at Nassau. Booked Blue Lagoon island but it rained and didn’t get to do sting ray excursion. Would have been much better without the rain.
God it’s gonna be so expensive. Royal Caribbean absolutely sucks for up charging 24/7. It cheapens the brand when you charge $3 for a tiny thing of popcorn… pathetic
Sounds cool, but concerned about pricing for families that travel on a budget, plus I wonder if they'll have an option for those that don't drink Alcohol but would like to enjoy the beach club.
I wish RC would do some of these improvements for their sailings to baja mexico. Or just more sailing options period. Catalina and ensenada aren't exactly top tier sailing destinations...
So this is that narrow parcel of land as you come into the port? That's crazy. There is no protection from a hurricane. One huge storm would wipe it out.
This isn’t exciting, if you have the drink package on board the ship and free food on the ship, especially if you’re on an bigger ship with water slides and great food venues already paid for, why get off to pay the same company for more food and drinks. A family of four will be $400+ … everyone will want to go just to see at first but it’s just a money grab.
I doubt that the resort at Costa Maya will still be a thing if the Mexicans insist on taxing everyone $42 a head. If you go on a Western Cruise which includes two Mexican ports (e.g. Costa Maya and Cozumel), will they charge you twice for the tax?
We have been cruising for the last 28 years and started with Celebrity. We have watched the evolution of cruising and while we enjoy cruising, we are not very happy with the trend. When we started, everything was included, now nothing is included. We are Diamond Plus and cruise 3-4 times per year. These new changes mean that more passengers will get off the ship and we will have more room to just relax. We go on a cruise to get away from daily life. We have a cruise budget and these extras are too much for us.
For me it's all going to depend on what the price is. I'm not going to pay hundreds of dollars to visit it but if it's reasonable I would otherwise I'd be happy staying on the ship.
Considering what other Nassau resorts charge for an all inclusive beach day pass (Margaritaville, Baha Mar, et al), I'd be happy of the price is under $200 per person
I really hope they don’t include the cost of alcohol because we don’t drink, so we won’t go if that is the case. I don’t want to pay for other people’s alcohol and that will definitely drive up the cost. I would be willing to pay $75 pp max so most likely I won’t be experiencing this.
Im just wondering if RCL is shooting themselves in the foot with all there very expensive cruises, drink packages, specialty dining, coco cay in Bahamas that you pay for? Will there be a backlash by passengers and people, will they stop putting money in RCL’s pockets!
Reader, if you are over late 30's and not taking kids RCL is not for you. Ships are overrun with kids, and many do not behave or are without supervision.
Why are you yelling in this video?!?😂 I was watching several UA-cam videos and yours was the only one who caused my cat who was sleeping soundly next to me, to wake up very startled.
Nope. Honestly that's kind of expensive for someone that's not a big drinker. Doesn't really look that much better than Perfect Day. I'll stay on the ship and practice my flow rider skills or lack thereof.
Booooo! Another thing for RC to charge us for and line their pockets. Cruising used to be a deal. Now, idk, it's getting out of hand with all of the fees, taxes, and other money-grab behavior. I hate that I'm considering cruising less and looking at land-based vacations. 😫
I love it. I'm not paying to do it, but lots of other people will. The ship will be nice and empty for me to enjoy!
Yes we will be checking it out. We always stay on the boat at Nassau on our last 3 visits.
I'm so looking forward to checking this out!
I'm sure it will be listed at $150 with 10% off when it opens, then it'll be $200 and higher with 15% off a few months after. Like Hideaway, when it first opened was $30, now you're lucky to find it below $55.

It looks great
This is very exciting, as we never get off the ship in Nassau. Depending on the cost, I will do it at least once. We're also looking forward to the Cozumel Perfect Day!
Costa Maya is getting Perfect Day (2027). Cozumel is getting the beach club (2026).
I’m at Nassau on the symphony of the sea on December 13 2025 .Hopefully this will be open. Gonna love it!
Of this year?
With so much investment in land-based attractions, when will RCL change their loyalty program to reward the amount cruisers spend rather than days at sea? Airlines have already moved in this direction.
I think I'm definitely going
Good call on Royal's part. After my 2nd visit to Nassau I decided, "never again." I'll still book an itinerary with Nassau on it, but it's now always a ship day for me.
I'll be on a cruise right after this opens. Definitely will try it out.

I'll stay on the ship..
This definitely makes me rethink my January 2026 options!
I will do what I do everytime I visit Nassau STAY ON THE SHIP😅
The problem is everyone does that. Last time the ship seemed just as crowded as a sea day.
I hope they do a non-alcoholic price option. I hate all inclusive’s that jack up the price for a service a certain population won’t partake in.
I couldn’t agree more
We rarely visit Nassau since we cruise 7-nights or more. I will definitely try it. Im a lighthouse fan, I'd love to have a chance to get closer to the lighthouse. I wish Nassau had allowed RC to buy that piece of land too, I bet RC would have restored it.

I hope they make it one price for those who drink alcohol and a cheaper price for us that don’t. They could have different colored wrist bands.
The only question is how soon before RC drops included drinks and starts charging extra, without dropping the admission price.
@@superturtle61177 100% correct i concur
Wonder if you get a discount if you already have the deluxe drink package?

I'll give it a try long as the price is reasonable.
Until then, I'll just stay on the ship.
God it’s gonna be so expensive. Royal Caribbean absolutely sucks for up charging 24/7. It cheapens the brand when you charge $3 for a tiny thing of popcorn… pathetic
I meannnn Atlantis is $200 for as few hours so it’s probably competing with them hopefully at a cheaper price
Its $4 and $6 at the crazy quest.
They're investing millions into this place, plus once you're in, it's all inclusive
We just bring our own microwave and popcorn. Problem solved.
Sounds cool, but concerned about pricing for families that travel on a budget, plus I wonder if they'll have an option for those that don't drink Alcohol but would like to enjoy the beach club.
I always go to Junkanoo beach and had perfectly good now. Really would come down to cost for me. Anything over 100 I would probably pass
Day* not now
If you have a drink package do you get a discount?
Wonder if the ferry and beach club will be handicapped accessible
We are going to try it in February 2026 on our Symphony cruise.
I'm going to guess low 100s because of the open bar. And I will definitely check it out the next time we're in Nassau.
I think closer to $200 based on what other Nassau day passes go for
@@RoyalCaribbeanBlog yeah, you're probably right. It's always going to be more than what I think it should be.
Will the day pass be offered when you book, as a shore excursion option?
Probably
How long before the price becomes exorbitant (like Coco Beach Club) and out of touch for most cruisers?
This isn’t exciting, if you have the drink package on board the ship and free food on the ship, especially if you’re on an bigger ship with water slides and great food venues already paid for, why get off to pay the same company for more food and drinks. Is this replacing the current Nassau port of call or is it near it?
No, it's an option while the ship is in Nassau. think of it like a shore excursion.
It looks well-designed, but I worry it will start out expensive and only worsen over time just like the waterpark at CocoCay.
What is the guess on how much this will cost?
I doubt that the resort at Costa Maya will still be a thing if the Mexicans insist on taxing everyone $42 a head. If you go on a Western Cruise which includes two Mexican ports (e.g. Costa Maya and Cozumel), will they charge you twice for the tax?
No, just once

All extra costs are ruining the cruise experience
I dont drink alcohol so I hope there is an option where I dont pay for drinks I wont use.
Yeah Nassau is prob my 2nd least favorite port of call behind only Freeport
I really hope they don’t include the cost of alcohol because we don’t drink, so we won’t go if that is the case. I don’t want to pay for other people’s alcohol and that will definitely drive up the cost. I would be willing to pay $75 pp max so most likely I won’t be experiencing this.

Based on their quarterly results so far, I'd say the answer is no. Demand for cruises, in general, is sky high right now.
Are you the enforcer? your voice sound very familiar
I should just give royal my wallet 😀, can't resist not going for the experience.
I'll stay on ship for free
I can’t imagine going on vacation only to complain about how expensive everything is.
Not a chance will I pay for it. Nassau is the arm pit of ports to begin with. Not even worth getting off the ship.
I predict $89
Don't bet on the developments in Mexico with their new tax.

Since I don't even take a swimsuit on a cruise, I have zero interest in this new concept. I only go you Perfect Day for the chicken sandwich
Nassau does not suck
