Mine was just delivered/assembled today! This thing runs SMOOTH! My husband does intense sprints and I let him have a go before me and he said it was amazing! It's big and sturdy--no fear that it'll break anytime soon. I already have the JRNY app for my max trainer so linking up my account on the treadmill was easy. I can't wait to workout tomorrow morning!

I bought this treadmill and I have a question, is it possible to change out the 10 monitor for the 22 monitor? Are you able to go bigger, or are they only fitted to their respective treadmills?

I recently ordered a treadmill. Could I add on assembly if I change my mind about manually assembling?
Um ... I was really looking forward to seeing how big it was when folded at 2:05 ... but they kind of skipped this part!

I just got mine two days ago, and I feel like I have been ripped off. After a full day of assembly the treadmill just doesn’t work. Very disappointed after spending that much money.

This treadmill is crap. Mine doesn't work either. I can't even get ahold of customer service since the hold times are ridiculous.

Piece of garbage!!! I bought the 10 two months ago. First off the treadmill is pain to put together and it's heavy af. I have nothing but problems with his treadmill. It cuts off in the middle of a workout. It doesn't matter how many times u recalibrate it or turn it off. Also now the screen comes on, but then turns to black and I can't do anything. Machine won't cut on if screen is black. AND, trying to call service dept,is a waste of time. I've called 6 times and have never talked to anyone cuz the hold times are ridiculous!!!! I've set on hold for HOURS, trying to get someone and NOPE, NEVER!!! No one ever picks up. It's like they no that their treadmills are crap. Should of got a nordictrack.
