I’m confused about the dairy and eggs? Those for you? Y’all mention being plant based.. so mostly but not entirely plant based? How often do you eat dairy/eggs, if you’re having it?

Almost a year out, I’m eliminating as much as I can to continue to maintaining my heath. I have NEVER consumed meat and never intend on doing so.
