When I try to register a custom abutment to the library I am having a hard time picking up the metal with my i500. I tried sandblasting it, but ultimately I had to spray it with powder to pick it up.
Thank you for your comment. The custom abutment can be auto-aligned by scanning some parts of it, and manual alignment is also possible. A sandblasted surface is sufficient for a perfect scan. We suggest you try white light scanning instead of blue light. (you can change the setting in Scan for Clinics)
Is there a way to design a model with implants in Medit model builder? I have a a hard time finding any case that shows it. Is it possible for crowns and waxup models only?
Only general modeling work is available at this time, but we are under improvement for the implant model fabrication. No specific date to release but working on it.
How can we scan multiple scanbodies in the same time in the mouth? It's annoying to scan the scanbodies one by one since they are the same on a all-on-6 case!!
