Heli Fan Ensenada There are some people that just don't like UAVs and they enjoy waisting their time clicking dislike on all the videos I post. To me, I think it's wonderful that they take the time to follow what I do, even if it's to discourage me. Obviously more people enjoy what I do than dislike it. :)
Absolutely stunning capture of yesterday's spectacular cloud formations in the Bay Area. It's so wonderful to see that you got out there and made this, Philip. WELL DONE. My I1 has been sitting next to me all week waiting for me to get a chance to get out there and fly. This is extremely Inspir(ing).
Great footage, thanks for making and sharing. I really like the way this is put together, you sir are a man of taste. P.s given the imu bug prob keep a foot on the inpire to test power at lift off otherwise it could run away until upgrade and settings changed as per dji announcement yesterday.
I absolutely love this footage! I'm gonna be filming a guitar video in about a week in Santa Cruz, and was hoping I could use a 15 sec clip of this video as a preview for my video to come. My guitar playing would be the background music. I want to post it on Instagram. I'd be sure to mention you obviously.
Great work! It's nice to see an inspire video from someone that knows how to edit, too many are insanely long boring takes. Can I ask if you adjusted the gains at all on your Inspire. I just got mine 2 days ago and have been practicing, it seems that it turns, starts, & stops very abruptly though, the controller is very sensitive...
Thank you! I did not adjust the gains, however I was flying in ATTI mode 100% of the time I shot this. GPS mode is a bit too abrupt for me and I really only use it when I absolutely need to, or when taking stills.
Jonathan Gaddis When filming I fly in ATTI mode 90% of the time. It is just a bit smoother and makes for better shots. I also have the breaking turned down a bit on the Inspire as well, which helps smooth things out.
Heli Fan Ensenada For royalty free music it isn't too bad. I would rather pay a little more and have quality music that I don't have to worry about rights for. Most free/cheap stock music isn't nearly as good in my opinion.
Hi Phillip - can you please tell me what you had the inspire cam set at? Auto exposure, fixed IE?, ISO setting? I have the inspire now, but not having great luck with low light.
Jawsome!! very nice.... no problem with firmware update huh? I haven't fly mine since it delivered. Afraid of warning message, probably wait for their Propeller Locks then will try mine. Again very nice!
Thanks! No problems with the update. It's been running perfectly for me since I did it. As far as the prop locks, I have just made sure the props are on very snug before take off and haven't had any problems.
This is Zoe Keating, she's a cellist who loops her own playing to create some beautiful songs. I've filmed her in concert before and was quite impressed, she's an awesome musician.
Muy muy bueno, brillante, magnífico.
Not sure how anyone could dislike this video. Great footage and quality! Amazing sunset too!
They dislike it due to pure envy

Niceeee!
Awesome :-)
Incredible reds in that sunset. Did you use any noise reduction in post?
I only did basic color correction in FCPX, no noise reduction at all. The Inspire camera does quite well in low light from my experience so far.

What were your picture syle setting at? Nice video!
Thank you! I shot this in 4K 24P, LOG manual WB and auto exposure.
Beautiful video! Do you usually film using GPS mode or ATTI mode?
Jonathan Gaddis When filming I fly in ATTI mode 90% of the time. It is just a bit smoother and makes for better shots. I also have the breaking turned down a bit on the Inspire as well, which helps smooth things out.
brilliant this is, beautiful, did you use the filter ??
I used the ND filter for the first series of shots before the sun actually set. I removed it for the shots with the more colorful sky.
EXCELLENT job well done. Im just struggling with settings at the moment with mine, ISO, EV SHUTTER etc :(
Your videos all have beautiful music! Where can I find it?
Heli Fan Ensenada I usually use music from premiumbeat.com. They have a great library of royalty free music that is pretty affordable.
+Philip Lima They really do have nice music... Although at 35 USD a piece... not exactly a bargain... right?

Philip Lima Thanks I will give it a shot tomorrow just want to test it out:)
nice edit. what style and color setup did you use ?
Thanks. I used the default style and the log color setting.
Also... Some very impressive work in your reel, excellent flying and beautiful cinematography.
I really like the music, who is it?
This is Zoe Keating, she's a cellist who loops her own playing to create some beautiful songs. I've filmed her in concert before and was quite impressed, she's an awesome musician.
do i have your permission to use this clip? it would accompany a beat i have very nicely, i will be sure to credit you
I saw myself on my e-bike!
Awesome! It was good to meet you! If you ever need help with your quad, let me know!
Philip Lima Will do!
Flying a $3K drone over water is very sketchy. Beautiful shot though!
I fly over the water 90% of the time I'm in the air. Someday I'll have a splash down... But so far I've been lucky :)
