Then, the challenges of parenting after losing a mother is not easy, I lost my mom more than 24 years ago, but her death impacts my parenting daily. I am going for therapy and attended Grief Share Course as I don't want to project on my 6 year old son.

The office I called told me I first have to see a psychologist & a dietician at this moment Im thinking of going to Turkey. Gastric sleeve it's a surgery where by they remove most of your stomach. After surgery you are restricted from eating certain foods and drinks, no sugary drinks or carbonated drinks, no spicy/hot food..
