HOW TO PLACE THIS LOT:
1. Create or use existing Sim and place on empty, starter or current home lot.
2. Have your Sim use their phone, go to "work" and choose find job. Then choose to be a detective.
3. When it comes time for your sim to go to work as a detective choose to join them at their job.
4. Now that you have reached the in-game police station lot, press Ctrl+Shift+C on your keyboard, when the cheat box appears at the top left of your screen type in testingcheats true, once testing cheats are enabled type bb.enablefreebuild in the box. This should now allow you to go to build mode. Then find this lot on the gallery by searching my gallery name, Mandykay77 (or any other police station lot you would like to use). Place it and Wa-la! - Ігри

Hey I have a quastion, i tried to build a new Police Station but all the working Sims are blocking the Area. anyone know how to remove them? Ty
I miss the police chief's office. Did I miss it or was it forgotten?
There isn't one. You don't have to have one, the chief will just sit at any of the other desk. 😊
I can’t place the lot while my sim is working but as soon as his shift ends he teleports home. So idk how I can place this.
I put the directions in the description of this video. While your sim is at work you have to enter a cheat, bb.enablefreebuild to allow you to be able to use build mode on the police station lot. Then you should be able to place it. 😊
@@SimplyMandyYTi I should’ve made my comment more clear. The problem is I did enter the cheat and I can go into build mode. But because my sim is actively at work the gallery won’t let me place a lot down. But as soon as my sim’s work day ends it sends him home. I was able to get a weird workaround for it. I had my sim stay late at work, and when I got the notification for him to go home I got another notification for his daughter to go to prom. So I went to prom with her leaving him at the police station lot but since he was done with work I was able to switch back to him still at the police station and place your lot from the gallery. But that cheat (at least for me) only allows the player to build while at work and not place down a new lot.
@@a.b.7932 Hmm.. sounds odd. I placed this lot a few times while my sim was at work to test to make sure things stayed in place when replacing the lot. Wonder if the prom notification about to pop up was messing with it. I have had those notifications and pops up for calendar days, like holidays, mess with my game before. I can always tell minutes before the welcome wagon is going to start because my game stalls. Maybe something has changed since an update or something, but I'll try it out again later today and see if I have any issues. Glad you got it to work though.
@@SimplyMandyYTmaybe. But the prom notification helped. I tried placing it on a different sim (not a prom day) and it didn’t work. Thanks for the response! I’d love for you to try. I’m curious if you have the same issue now. I tried researching some solutions and couldn’t find any but I saw people having the same issue I had.
@@a.b.7932 ok I figured out what's happening. You are trying to place the lot while still in live mode. When in live it says you cannot place while sim is working. Be sure to be in build mode when trying to place the lot.
