edit (8/3/2022): now that i've seen many comments about the axe, it's not technically the same as the other three sound-wise though. to be fair, it does make controllable sound post-1.4 though. I referenced this in the following video but now I think it's better to also include an addendum here.
You forgot there’s one more guitar in terraria the one dropped from plantara

The fact that Ichor is pronounced eye-core now forever has me pronouncing the Ichor Sticker as eye-core stai-core

The flesh toilet is a actually not made of flesh, rather it and the flesh sink are normal versions of both but seemingly they randomly spew out blood like that one scene in IT Chapter 2. However, the lesion toilet and lesion sink do appear to be made of rotting flesh

Im sure that marble would be just fine to sit on, probably would just feel like porcelain. This also goes for granite because to craft furniture out of it you must make it first "smooth granite" so i bet it would feel fine too
The idea behind the glowing orb fairies is that their humanoid body glows so brightly that it's hard to make out the shape of their body.

I have always thought that the bloodthorn really looked more like a modded weapon that a vanilla weapon, something about how those thorns look really doesn't seem vanilla, it really made me think of Shadows of Abaddon

That sprite almost certainly isn't 24-bit color. I don't know of any 24-bit format that allows for transparency. It could be using a color key, but when I made sprite edits, the files were always 32-bit RGBA.
Now that you've said that piller clocks don't show a time on the sprite, i like to think they're like electronic clocks displaying the number.
or the terrarian just looks at them and just absorbs the knowledge of the time

I used to pronounce ichor as “eye-core” before I saw that literally everyone else pronounced it differently. Now I see that I was originally right.

I’ve heard Goblin Summoner may be renamed in 1.4.4 (Shadowflame Apparition was also renamed already due to a typo calling it an Apparation,) they could also rename Ichor Stickers to Ichor Strikers or something

I think a lot of the toilets are probably fine, especially if you consider what most toilets are made of nowadays. Toilets are usually made of porcelain, which is just a glassy ceramic, and their seats are often plastic. I would bet that a lot of the harder materials, like marble, granite, or even metals, would probably be just fine to sit on if they're polished well.
Cactus toilets are pretty irredeemable though.
I don't know why I keep watching these... yet I still do.

Technically the Axe isn't the same as the rest of the guitars due to the different sound it makes, but yeah, they added the ability to actually play the Axe in 1.4. Previously, it only made random notes.

Obsidian is basically a volcanic glass, so should be no difference in sitting on a toilet made of glass or obsidian. Except that it's not transparent
my favorite fact about terraria is that neither of the paladins hammer projectiles (one is summoned by the paladin and the other by the player) use hammer ai. instead they use throwing knife and boomerang ai respectfully

This sounds far reaching but the revolver could potentially be a reference to James a. Garfield's assassination, as the man who killed him (Charles j. Guiteau (forgive me if I misspelled) ) had the choice between an ivory grip and a wooden grip, he chose the ivory because he "thought it would look better in a museum" another fun fact is that he was about 2$ short of affording the ivory grip pistol, so the gunsmith he bought it from had to lower the price a bit. This story has a lot more detail than I'm saying here, it's actually really interesting and worth a Google or two
