- They say that a graffiti writer’s second hobby is photography. Since it’s the only way to immortalize the action, virtually all writers become accustomed to photographing their work, especially when it comes to pieces, and if they’re on trains, even more so.
This is the topic at hand in this video made by the Dua Boys crew, in which they explain to us about the relationship between graffiti and photography, their boundaries, and also what it represents according to their own perspective.
It’s the prefect excuse to accompany Zombie and Money on some of their trips and experiences, the majority of which occur in Italy, and enjoy their impeccable productions done in their jaw dropping style. This short documentary gives us a gift in the form of first class pieces, unique anecdotes, and above all, a lot of excitement and empathy, while at the same time offering us a moment for reflection on the meaning of graffiti and its rituals.

Se dice que la fotografía es el segundo hobby de los escritores de graffiti. Al ser la única forma de inmortalizar las acciones, prácticamente todos los escritores tienen la costumbre de fotografiar su trabajo... sobretodo en el caso de las piezas, y si son sobre trenes, más aún.
Es alrededor de este tema sobre el que gira este vídeo realizado por el grupo Dua Boys. En él nos explican la relación que se da entre el graffiti y la fotografía, los límites de ésta y también lo que representa según su propia perspectiva.
Una excusa perfecta para acompañar a Zombie y Money en algunos de sus viajes y experiencias, la gran mayoría en Italia, disfrutando, como no, de sus impecables producciones de brillante estilo. Piezas de primera categoría, anécdotas singulares y, sobre todo, mucha emoción y empatía es lo que nos regala este breve documental que, a la vez, nos propone interesantes reflexiones sobre el sentido del graffiti y sus rituales.
