The thing is, Jadis can't off everyone in our group. She doesn't know where they are. At this point in the timeline, the whisperer war is over and our group would either just be getting to Commonwealth, or have already been there for a little while. So if anyone goes to Alexandria, they're just going to find ruins from when Beta and the whisperers destroyed it. Same thing with Hilltop. The annoying part is that Rick and Michonne don't know that, yet. I think that's why they're teasing the walkie talkie for the next episode, because they're probably going to try to use the long range radios eventually to contact Judith and them.

I think Pearl does know, though. Rick is just smart enough not to say it out loud. But she's smart. She sees what's going on, and I think that's what that test was about where she was asking Michonne questions. Michonne gave good answers, and proved she could keep her real identity to herself, but then Thorne understandably gets upset when Michonne breaks character and starts going ham on walkers. I do think she likes Rick, though, but wanting to shoot Michonne has more to do with what she's learned about the CRM, and wanting to keep things a secret. Michonne complicates all of that, as well as Rick and Thorne's safety.
