The big thing at the time was “there won’t be any explanation, just reputation” and the fact that Taylor invited the journalist and reporters who trash talked her to the rep concert. Such a badass move. She wasn’t granting interviews, but they all had to listen to the opening. And then watch the perfection of the rep tour. Love it.
She took all the insults they hurled at her, turned it into art, and then laughed all the way to the bank. It was the greatest clapback in pop history imo.
All those low IQ bimbos think they can honestly dent her success. Such short sighted those people are. It's so funny looking back at it.
Apparently she hires top-Broadway producers/directors to help her team design her shows. And if any group is aware of ‘how to put on a phenomenal live show’ it’s Broadway folks. No wonder everything is so engaging. She’s learning from the best. Smart woman.
That actually makes a lot of sense as to why the theatrics of her show are so amazing. When I was at the Red tour I was thinking the production was off the charts and I guess that’s why!
This whole album and Tour is Taylor's response to all the haters, who said she couldn't sing, said she couldn't dance, said she couldn't hang, I'd say she proved her point... Lol

I went to the eras tours and it was the most thrilling experience I’ve ever been too. Now she performs for almost 4 hours non stop in a stadium with 65,000 and there’s people who Tay gate which was probably 30,000 it was insane. She does 45 songs

Taylor was just at the London Renaissance Movie Premiere. And Beyonce was at the LA Eras Tour Movie Premiere. Both the Beehive and the Swifties, bith sat up and took note.

They were before Jay-Z was an ass at the Grammy’s. I’m so sick of people trying to put Taylor down. First Kanye then Jay-Z. Taylor writes her own music. Beyoncé has dozens of writers or she takes others works. I don’t ever see her collaborating with Beyoncé because B literally doesn’t have that ability. It’d be Taylor’s song and B just singing on it. No thanks. Hard pass after Jay-Z.

Something good to know with this concert… Kim Kardashian called Taylor a “snake” and encouraged people to bombard Taylor’s Instagram with snake emojis. So, like a true bad ass, Taylor took the snake image, embraced it, incorporated it into her art and threw it back in Kim/media/haters faces.

The Red Tour was a while back. She's progressed since then and done different types of music. Her album 1989 was when she shifted to "pop". Her Reputation album was when she went "edgy". Then there's Folklore which is another type. I love that about Taylor.
Folklore and Evermore were done during Covid.
Please watch We are never ever getting back together from her 1989 tour. NOT the regular video. The 1989 tour version is a rock/pop version. She is in all leather and plays an electric guitar the entire song. It is really badass!

This tour was amazing live! When she entered the stadium and commanded it like that we all lost our minds because it was a whole new grown up side of Taylor. The Eras tour was great too but in a different, lighter sort of way. Love your open-mindedness because yes, there are so many haters.

Nah. She’s more this generations MJ than Britney. Britney had a decent 11 years …. I like Britney and I will always think how everyone handled her divorce crisis had a lasting impact on her…. But, no, Taylor writes every song and even helps produce the music. Most times, she isn’t just writing lyrics but coming up with the actual melodies, etc. she’s managed to dominate in various genres like no one else in history has been able to do.
This! Her stats are crazy too, even outside of streaming, she sells more pure copies than anyone else currently which is insane
She's actually in my opinion one of the best musical artists ever. The business decisions she makes, the creativity, switching genres constantly which for someone of her popularity is usually a death sentence and fans usually leave but she not only kept her audience but gained more. I put her on the same level as a Michael Jackson. She belongs in the conversation as one of the greats of all time

Taylor is one strong and talented woman! She has to be, to put up with all those haters. She is so kind and positive! There should be an auto block put on all these haters. They're just miserable human beings. You know the saying misery loves company. So they're just trying to drag her down. Thank goodness she's the person she is because she remains happy, kind and positive throughout all the comments from haters. I'm sure they wish they had half the talent she has in her little pinky.

Taylor Swift and Beyoncé have been palling around together a bit more lately, man am I hoping to see a feature one way or the come from those two! It would be incredible and maybe even get people to stop trying to pit them against each other just because they’re successful women.

Been a fan since Debut. Took my daughter to her first concert at Rep. Took wife and 2 daughters to Eras. I actually preferred Rep, but they were both awesome shows. I have the beginning of this on my phone and my, then 12 yo, daughter is screaming and blowing out my ears. Loved it.

@@JustinDorseyTV 100% fine😂guess I should have explained that I have epilepsy and sometimes the flashy lights will cause seizures and it did during the DropKickMurphys show. The one show my husband really wanted to see🤷♀️ so if he wants to see a concert he finds someone else to go with otherwise we run the risk of seizures or could possibly run the risk of seizures. Not worth it.

They all said Reputation tour would flop and it turned out to be the highest grossing tour in North American history, only outdone by herself with ERA's. She invited all of these shit-talkers to this taped tour, free, and let them bring their families.....
