I am so expecting to see the line coming out. But according to my previous gameplay, I use Venezia’s SAP to destroy Cerberus, like for other cruisers my Venezia SAP there are some non-penetrations, but for Cerberus each salvo is 10 penetration. Is it a light cruisers?

From what I could tell, they aren't exactly light cruisers but closer to a light cruiser than a heavy cruiser.

You can use rpf for that to know if is in the water or not and if is out the moment to pick use the guns to get in water and after use submarines surveillance
