Taking the player's actions into account to make it seem poetic, D-Mob going out of his way not to throw Crow out the windows and instead going for a KO or submission signals the final evolution of his core character from the antagonist he once was in Vendetta. Even with everything Crow had done to him and his crew, D-Mob strived to settle things the right way and instead of killing Crow so he could rule through fear, he'd inspire respect for not going to that length.
Fun fact: D-Mob is voiced by Christopher Judge. The guy who plays Teal'c from Stargate SG-1. And did the voice of Kratos from God of War 4 and Magneto from X-Men Evolution.

@Freddy Eubanks the scene fits a lot better with the Joe Budden song imo. It has to be a calm song but at the same time the situation it's nothing but calm. Really good decision to include this song at the end.
