If I am 190lbs and and have a 1.5 mm venture how much weight should I use I calculated the estimated weight and I got 28 lbs I thinks that’s a lot of weight thank you in advance
Glad it could help! The calculator is just a ball park on how much weight you should have. Everybody body is different so it’ll be good to start from that weight and adjust up or down based on preference and comfortability.

I got 6lbs weight based on 7mm wetsuit and 190lbs body weight. I would not be able to submerge based on your calculation. Am I missing something?

For a 5 mm wetsuit: 165lbs/(4.4x5mm)=7.5 lbs. For a 7 mm wetsuit: 165lbs/(4.4x7mm)=5.4 lbs. That does not make sense.
Hey man, something is totally wrong with your calculation. The thicker the wetsuit, the less weight it gives.
