Hoarders often have a lot of trash: old newspapers, broken items, stuff like that. But she has a lot of nice clothes and shoes with the tags still on, she can probably make some of the money she spent back.
I’d open a name brand consignment/thrift shop and sell everything. She could recover a lot of the money she lost if she did something like that or even just did an eBay store.

If she had a load of Jimmy Choo and Manolo Blahniks to sell for example , a quality consignment or designer resale shop would be willing to work with her. If she is genuinely dedicated in selling to get make some money to save herself financially, she could make back a few bucks, per item. For example, the Mudd jeans and Rampage shoes, assuming they are new with tag and clean, could get her around $10, on eBay.
