Rushed I don't think his objective is too get too big but still his body is good. He does a mix of bodyweight and weight training.

@@brightonmason8135 bro if that was 265 those plates would be 20 pound plates which btw most gyms would not hold. Most gyms weights consist of 10, 25, 35, and 45 pound plates and that's exactly how a 25 pound plate looks like on the end. So I'm right do not try to tell me I'm wrong trust me I know
