One thing I don't like about going to the optometrist is driving back home in the daytime, because even with sunglasses on, after the pupils have been expanded, it's painfully blinding. Night time is better, but with the LED lights now on cars, it's bad for the retina. The blue-white wavelength & the rapid pulse of the LED being a diode, dazzles the retina. The blue-white wavelength of an LED light is not natural & bad for our health.

i like the space, how old are you if you dont mind answering? How long have you had vision problems? I have been in glasses since 1st grade and also wished my vision would get better and never did im 30 now.

I am 21 and I was born with vision problems. My parents didn’t realize until I was 2. I got my first glasses at 2 years old
