Love your videos!!! Do you ever just put all of your oils in one bucket (liquids and solids) then pour the lye water over everything? I made three 2# batches that way today and didn’t have any problems. Just checking to see if you knew of any reason that that should not be done. I also added the sodium lactate to the lye water as soon as the lye water became clear but was still very hot. Any idea if adding it that quickly to the lye water will decrease it effectiveness. Thank you for opinion. BTW, thank you for the Lemon, Lavender and Honey blend idea. Incredible combination. Ive already sold three bars and its not even unmolded yet 🥳
Oh yes I’ve done the heat transfer method that way many times. I’m sure the sodium lactate would be fine. I add my sodium lactate to my oils. I would tend to forget it when adding it to my lye water lol

very good videos, they have served as inspiration ... just one question, how much do you normally use essential oils in making your soaps? since I have seen that it is a lot of essential oil and it does not accelerate the trace, or do you use another type of oil fragrance? That surprises me a lot in each of your videos, I thank you very much, greetings from Mexico.
This soap I used only essential oils. I also use fragrance oils in my soaps. I calculate how much to use using a essential oil calculator and I go by the safe usage rates according to the manufacturer. For fragrance oils it’s usually 5% of the oil weight. With essential oils they are all different.
