I appreciate your feedback! It's true that in some areas, you can find larger homes or even homes without HOA fees at a similar price point. Pricing often depends on location, amenities, and market demand. This property’s value is tied to its specific area and the lifestyle it offers, including proximity to key amenities and community features. That said, I completely understand that everyone has different priorities when it comes to buying a home. If you're looking for something larger or with no HOA, I'd be happy to help you explore options that better fit your needs!
Thank you for sharing your perspective! Pricing can definitely vary depending on the location, features, and market conditions. While your Hanover Pulte home offers great value and space for the price, this home is situated in a different area, which impacts pricing due to factors like proximity to amenities, demand in the local market, and community features. Real estate values are often determined by more than just size, and I’d be happy to provide more context or even share comparable homes in the area to give you a better sense of the market. Let me know if you’d like to explore that further!
Well I am from Bowie and I have to say it's one of the last nice communities left in PG county. With that being said this place is not worth 600k it's way too small. I don't see anything special about this and it's too small to say it luxury. Final point is you have to be careful paying a lot of money for something in PG county. Most people do not want to live in that area because the school system sucks! The best places to live in Maryland is Howard, Ann Arundel or Montogomery county
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I can understand your perspective. Bowie is indeed a beautiful community, and opinions about what makes a home feel like luxury can vary. While this particular home may not meet your criteria, it offers a lot of potential value for buyers who appreciate the location and features. As for pricing, the market ultimately determines value, and comparable homes in the area have sold at similar price points. I always encourage potential buyers to focus on what aligns with their needs and lifestyle. Regarding schools, I understand that's an important consideration for many families. While PG County has faced challenges in the past, there are also many initiatives in place to improve schools, and some areas, like Bowie, stand out for their strong community feel and amenities. If you're interested in exploring homes in other areas like Howard, Anne Arundel, or Montgomery County, I’d be happy to assist in finding options that match your preferences. Every buyer deserves a home that feels perfect for them!
Excellent presentation.
Thanks so much!
Beautiful homes great presentation , but paying half a million for connected neighbors is always a no in my book.
I love everything about this home. 🏠 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
You have to see it in person!
Nice! The Rec room is an excellent addition to a townhome.
Thanks for chiming in!
Great edits/camera work.
Shout out to the builders and owner. They did an amazing job. Ryan Homes would’ve fumbled the ball on this project
All facts! 💪💯
Need more space. I'm in one now half the price. A single family home is better for me at the price of those.
Pretty soon the average price of a new home will be 1,000,000 dollars.
I live in the area. Love your channel. Hope to bump into you around PGC.
Thanks so much! See you soon.
this is nice!
Look very nice
Thanks 🙏🏾
Not hawk tuah 😂😂😂
This house is gorgeous and priced way below the price point if you factor in the upgrades.
This is a great deal for anyone looking to purchase in the South Lake community!
How much is the TV...I'll buy it😅😅😅
It comes with the home. lol
Too expensive! You can buy a mansion for that price with no HOA fees!
