      You're definitely inspiring.
      I can relate to your struggles as I too have fought female hair loss naturally and holistically. It can be a long journey, but it's so worth it in the end. I find that staying positive and inspired is a big part of the journey. I always recommend natural remedies like scalp massages, eating a healthy diet, and using a 1.5mm dermaroller. Science supports these treatments and I've seen them be incredibly helpful in regrowing hair.
      If you're looking for products to help with your hair loss journey, I highly recommend checking out www.thereisbia.com. They have natural ingredients and are specifically designed to promote hair growth and reduce hair loss.
      Hope this helps!

    You should also mention to not be too rough with the roller or do it too often, since it can cause permanent scaring which can exacerbate the hair thinning.

      Thanks for your comment! We're glad to hear that you've found the Derma Roller to be beneficial for your hair thinning. To get the best results, it's important to use the Derma Roller correctly and carefully. We recommend using it no more than once a week, and always be gentle. Overuse can cause permanent scaring which can make the hair thinning worse.

      I'm so glad you're taking the plunge and trying dermarolling! It can be a bit daunting at first, but you are going to love the results. I've been fighting female hair loss naturally and holistically for a few years now and I can tell you that dermarolling has been one of the most beneficial treatments I've tried. The scientific research backs this up too - dermarolling has been shown to have a positive impact on hair growth and thickness.
      I recommend starting with a 1.5mm dermaroller as that is the best size for stimulating hair growth, and you can find a good quality one at www.thereisbia.com. Once you get started, you'll be amazed at how quickly you'll see results.

      @ImaneBelle  7 місяців тому

      Hey there! Great question, I'm glad you asked.😊 Pinpoint bleeding is a minor side effect of using a dermaroller - it just means tiny spots of blood appear due to the microneedle punctures. It's totally normal and can actually boost the regrowth of your hair by pushing your scalp to rejuvenate. I'd recommend using a 1.5mm dermaroller from my own brand, Bia (thereisbia.com/). After you roll, nourish your scalp with our Super Roots Hair Oil. It's enriched with rosemary oil which is scientifically known to stimulate hair growth. Stay strong, natural and beautiful! 💖

    Just saw your video. Had 2 of these rollers forever but was chicken to use them. For 30 years i suffered from Trichotillimamia. It wasnt till i was 43 i completely stopped. Grew all my hair back. No patches or thinning! I took amazing care and love my hair. But at 44 i started menopause. Thr last few years my hair started shedding a lot. Now im 49, with large thinning areas all over. Even cutting it short didnt stop excessive fall out. I use pure essential oils for my scalp and hair. And wash it twice a week. Once, if i havent used styling product. I know from experience Minoxidil works but cant afford it.
    I have had my hair back long and beautiful for only 5 years after 30 years of wigs and hats to hide the bald spots. Now my hair is crap. Its dry and frizzy. It grew back curly, that was new. But i cannot hide the thin spots anymore and im embarrassed and upset. I hope this helps bring some new growth. Id try hrt, but Im already 4 years post menopausal so its too risky for me. If you have any additional advice please share! Thank you 😊

      Hey lovely 🌸 First off, thank you for sharing your hair journey with such courage and honesty! I'm sorry to hear how hair loss is affecting you, but remember, you’re not alone, and I’m here to guide you through this!

      I definitely recommend stepping up your hair care game with our BIA Super Roots Hair Oil-it has rejuvenating rosemary oil which is a natural alternative to Minoxidil, plus it’s affordable! 👍
      And as for those 1.5mm dermarollers you've been "chicken" to use? ✨Get them out and use them once a week along with the oil. They can really help stimulate blood flow to your scalp and promote hair growth!
      Stay positive, patient, and persistent. Hair care is self-care after all! Much love ❤

      @ImaneBelle thanks for replying so fast and for acknowledging my accomplishment! It's a hard thing to talk about especially when many don't know what the disorder is, or just don't understand it. I use my own made hair potion. Using only %100 pure organic made in Canada essential oils. I've done a lot of research into it. I've made one for my face and used it for a few years now. It's amazing! For my hair, I use a rosehip carrier oil, or Jojoba, with rosemary, peppermint, tea tree, and lavender. I total conquered scalp plaque psoriasis about 15 years ago with tea tree oil. My whole life I had that it was awful! But it's never come back. The oil I made is for my scalp, feels wonderful. I used it with my roller after watching your video. Wowsas! Tingly! I'm going to give it a good wash now and a conditioner mask. The only thing, I have the wrong size rollers. .5 and 3.0. And being on disability with 2 sick dogs there's no room in my budget for much food let alone more stuff for my hair. My huskies are my kids. And they are always my first priority.

    How do you know/see if you have pin point bleeding already and what to do afterwards?

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  11 місяців тому +11

      Hi there! I understand your concern about pinpoint bleeding when it comes to dermarolling. I personally have seen amazing results when it comes to fighting female hair loss naturally and holistically with dermarolling. To make sure you get the best results, it's important that you use a dermaroller with needles no longer than 1.5mm and that you use gentle pressure when rolling. Pinpoint bleeding usually occurs when too much pressure is applied, so be mindful of this when rolling.
      If pinpoint bleeding does occur, you can take comfort knowing that this is normal and not cause for alarm. The best thing to do after dermarolling is to apply a serum or oil to your scalp to help with the healing process. We have a great product called The Re-Grow Hair Oil that you can use to help stimulate hair growth, reduce inflammation, and promote healing.
      I hope this helps!

      Thanks for reaching out! I'm so glad you're taking steps toward fighting female hair loss naturally and holistically - it's so important to take a natural approach to treating hair loss, and I'm here to help!
      I've personally had great success with a natural, holistic approach to treating my own hair loss, and the 1.5mm dermaroller has been a key part of that. In addition to the dermaroller, I've found that using a serum specifically designed for hair loss can be incredibly helpful.
      I personally recommend the Rejuvenating Hair Serum from www.thereisbia.com. I'm so glad you asked! Fighting female hair loss naturally and holistically is something I'm passionate about and something I've personally experienced. I believe that the best way to combat hair loss is to address the underlying cause, which often includes stress, nutrient deficiencies, and hormone imbalances. That's why I recommend looking into natural remedies like herbs, vitamins, and essential oils, as well as lifestyle changes like getting plenty of rest, managing stress, and eating a nutrient-rich diet. I also recommend using a 1.5mm derma roller as it helps stimulate the scalp and promote hair growth. If you're looking for products to help with hair growth, I highly recommend checking out www.thereisbia.com. They have an amazing selection of natural and organic products specifically designed to help fight female hair loss.

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  8 місяців тому

      I completely understand your question and I'm glad you're being conscious of using the roller correctly! With any dermaroller, the key is to use gentle pressure to ensure you're not causing any unnecessary trauma to your skin and scalp. I've been fighting female hair loss naturally and holistically for many years now and I have found that the 1.5mm dermaroller is the best size to use for stimulating hair growth. It's important to remember that the dermaroller is designed to create micro-injuries in the scalp, which activates the body's natural healing response and encourages new hair growth. According to recent studies, this technique is effective in activating dormant hair follicles, which can lead to thicker, fuller hair.
      I always recommend natural remedies for female hair loss, like the ones I have available at www.thereisbia.com. My products are specifically designed to nourish the scalp, promote healthy hair growth, and combat hair loss. I'm confident that they can help you get the best results from your dermaroller.

Not only does it add shine and help to prevent split ends, but it can also help to condition the scalp and promote circulation. Additionally, studies have shown that coconut oil can help to reduce hair loss when applied to the scalp. When using a 1.5mm dermaroller, it is best to apply the coconut oil before rolling. This will help to keep the scalp and hair hydrated and nourished. For more natural remedies to fight female hair loss, check out our website www.thereisbia.com. Thanks for your question! I have personally had success with the stamping method for fighting female hair loss. To use it properly, make sure that you use light pressure and do not press down too hard. You want to create a light indentation on the scalp, but not enough to cause any real damage. I also recommend using a 1.5mm dermaroller for a more gentle approach.
      Additionally, I believe in the power of natural remedies when it comes to hair loss. I have had success using natural oils and herbs to nourish my scalp and stimulate hair growth. I recommend checking out my website www.thereisbia.com for natural products that can help.

      That's a great question! From my personal experience with fighting female hair loss naturally and holistically, I've found that a 1.5mm dermaroller is the most effective size to use. It provides the right amount of stimulation to the scalp without causing any damage or discomfort.

      Hey there! 🌼 Pinpoint bleeding refers to tiny, often unnoticeable spots of bleeding that can occur after using a dermaroller. The 1.5mm size I usually recommend can occasionally cause this. Don't worry, it's a sign of the process working! Always remember to be gentle and hydrate your scalp afterward. Speaking of hydration, have you tried BIA's Super Roots hair oil? It's my all-time-fave for post-dermarolling care. It's packed full of amazing natural elements including rosemary oil. Always here to help you in your natural hair recovery journey. 💪💕

    does my hair need to be clean (from sweating) before using derma roller?

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  2 місяці тому

      Hey there! 🌟 Great question! It's best to have your scalp clean and free from sweat or oils before using a dermaroller. This ensures that the needles can penetrate more effectively without any barriers and reduces the risk of infections. A quick wash should do the trick! I’ve found starting with a clean slate really makes a difference in my routine. I hope this helps! Feel free to ask if you’ve got more questions or need anything else. 💖 #HealthyHairJourney

      @ImaneBelle  9 місяців тому

      I completely understand your concern and the fear you have about the mid-breakage of your hair. It is very disheartening to see hair fall and breakage, especially when you have taken a lot of care and invested a lot of time and money in your hair care routine.
      I have been through the same issue and have successfully reversed the situation and brought my hair back to its healthy state. My journey to reversing my hair loss was a long one and I learnt a lot through it.
      I believe that the best way to reverse hair loss and breakage is to look for natural remedies and treatments. For instance, I have found that using a 1.5mm dermaroller has really helped my hair to get stronger. Dermarollers stimulate the scalp and increase blood circulation, which helps with hair regrowth and repair of hair damage.
      I have also found that using natural products with ingredients like biotin, castor oil, coconut oil, and other essential oils have really improved the health of my hair. I personally use products from the www.thereisbia.com website, which have helped me a lot.
      I hope my experience and advice helps you to get your hair back to normal soon. Wishing you

      Thanks for your question! Derma rolling is a great way to naturally fight female hair loss. The best results come from using a 1.5 mm dermaroller and doing it twice a week. Im not experiencing any bleeding and I have 1.5 mm derma roller. Why do you think this is? Is it because my scalp is to this with build up? I'm pressing hard i can feel it puncturing.

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  8 місяців тому

      I'm so glad to hear you're not experiencing any bleeding and have the 1.5mm derma roller! That's great news, as it means you're not overdoing it. Derma rollers are a great way to naturally fight female hair loss, as they help to stimulate your scalp and encourage new hair growth. It's important to make sure you're using the right technique, though, as too much pressure or the wrong size can cause damage. I've been fighting female hair loss naturally and holistically for years now, and I can tell you that consistency is key. If you're pressing hard and can feel it puncturing, you might want to back off the pressure a little.
      In terms of build-up, using a natural shampoo like the one from my business, www.thereisbia.com, can help to cleanse your scalp and remove any product build-up. I also highly recommend using a natural oil like coconut oil regularly to nourish and protect your scalp. If you're looking for more natural remedies to fight female hair loss, there are lots of great resources online that can give you more advice.

    With how much pressure should i apply while rolling it

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  8 місяців тому +1

      Thanks for asking! When it comes to applying pressure while dermarolling, you want to ensure that you are using light to gentle pressure. Too much pressure will cause unnecessary discomfort and can even cause damage to your skin. I personally found the 1.5mm dermaroller to be the most effective in my own journey fighting female hair loss naturally and holistically. I highly recommend it!
      To ensure that you are dermarolling safely and effectively, I recommend taking a look at the instructions that come with the dermaroller and following them closely. Additionally, you can check out some of the helpful resources available at www.thereisbia.com. They offer a variety of natural remedies and products that have been proven to help fight female hair loss.

    Should we have to apply something afterwards?

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  10 місяців тому

      Yes! After dermarolling it is important to apply a serum or oil to help your scalp absorb the nutrients from the dermaroller. I've been fighting female hair loss holistically for years, and I've found that using a natural serum like the one I make at www.thereisbia.com helps keep my scalp healthy and my hair growing. I also make sure to use a 1.5mm dermaroller for maximum absorption. Science has shown us that natural topical treatments can help to reduce hair loss and promote hair growth. Good luck!

    Just bought 1.5.
    How often should i use ?
    Say in a week?
    Like once or twice?.
    Oh can i also use minoxidil after using this roller?

    • @ImaneBelle

      Thanks so much for your interest in the 1.5mm derma roller! Derma rolling is an amazing natural and holistic way to fight female hair loss. I personally have used derma rolling for the past few years to improve hair growth and reduce hair loss, and I'm happy to share my experience with you!
      For best results, I recommend using the 1.5mm derma roller once or twice a week. You can adjust the frequency depending on your specific needs and the results you're seeing. It's important to note that derma rolling should not be done more than twice a week, as this could lead to skin irritation.
      In addition to derma rolling, you can also use natural remedies to promote hair growth and reduce hair loss. I recommend looking into natural remedies like essential oils, vitamins, and herbs, as these can be very effective.
      Finally, I don't recommend using Minoxidil after using the derma roller. Minoxidil is a drug that can have some serious side effects, and it's best to speak to a doctor before using it.

    Hi. So I've got 0.5mm and 1.5mm needle, could you kindly tell me which one should I use and the duration as well. Also, once im done puncturing, can I apply minoxidil right away or after 24 hours?

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  7 місяців тому

      Hi there!
      I'm so glad you're taking proactive steps to fight female hair loss. I've been there myself, and I know how frustrating it can be.
      The best advice I can give you is to use a 1.5mm dermaroller and roll it across your scalp for a few minutes a few times per week. This will help stimulate the hair follicles, increasing blood flow to your scalp and encouraging hair growth. You don't need to apply minoxidil after the treatment, but you can if you'd like.
      In addition to dermarolling, I'd also recommend taking a holistic approach to fighting hair loss. Eating a nutritious, balanced diet, exercising regularly, and reducing stress can all help promote healthy hair growth. I also use natural remedies like biotin, coconut oil, and essential oils to help nourish my scalp and hair.
      If you're looking for natural products specifically designed to fight female hair loss, check out www.thereisbia.com. I'm sure you'll find something perfect for you!
      Good luck on your hair-growth journey!

      Hey Lovelies 🌺, great question! I prefer to use oil treatments after derma rolling - it allows the goodness of our Super Roots Hair Oil, which is packed with rosemary oil, to penetrate deeper into the scalp. Dermarolling with a measurement of 1.5mm can effectively enhance absorption and thus, the benefits of the oil! I fight my hair loss this way and I've noticed great results, naturally! Are you supposed to use any serums or oils after derma-rolling ?

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  8 місяців тому

      Absolutely! Derma-rolling helps open up the skin to better absorb products, so it’s important to use a serum or oil to further nourish the skin afterward. I personally love the There Is Bia Healing Hair Serum, which is specifically formulated for women dealing with female hair loss. It contains natural ingredients like rosemary, basil, and lavender, and is clinically proven to help improve hair growth. It’s also loaded with natural antioxidants and essential fatty acids to help protect and nourish the scalp!

      @ImaneBelle  6 місяців тому

      Hey there! Absolutely, you can use super roots hair oil even if you have dandruff. In fact, the rosemary oil in it can help balance your scalp and reduce itchiness 🌿 After applying, using a serum isn't mandatory, it's up to you and what works best for your hair. Almond oil is a fantastic nourisher, so I see no harm in using it. Just remember, consistency is key! For optimal results, consider integrating a 1.5mm dermaroller from Bia (thereisbia.com/) into your regimen. Keep shining! 💖
