I am glad you enjoy the videos! Unfortunately, I don't think you can run a 40 loader with a Curtis cab (or any other full cab). The Little Buck Loader would work, but not the JD 40.
Looks great and I like the camera idea. The camera might not seem practical but I could see that being very useful. This spring I tilled multiple gardens for family and friends with the 445 and 450 tiller about 8 hrs worth all in one day and the next day my neck was out of service. Trying to turn and look back all day and bouncing on the seat will really do a number lol Another question for you, have you thought about doing the new valve covers for the 445 and 425? I did them on mine, I believe it was to prevent oil that would leak from the old style, the new ones are aluminum and no longer have the filler neck. They look nice and I’m sure they help cool things a little. Regards
I think you're right, the camera could save a lot of stiff necks! I could really benefit from having it on my 445 with the 3pt. I did some plowing the other day for a neighbor and got a painful neck... 😫 I am not aware of the alloy valve covers. I've never had any leak problems, but will check the covers out...
Tesser52 the new style is a John Deere part, I’m sure they maybe sell aftermarket also but I believe they had a problem with the old ones warping? that or it was something with the filler neck leaking. I replaced mine the last time I had valves adjusted. But ya not many people know that deere did a change on the covers. The part number is 11022-2082 Kawasaki part made in Japan They make both sides
